JP Saxe is the soulful singer-songwriter who broke out with 2019’s Grammy Award-nominated “If the World Was Ending” (featuring Julia Michaels). The multi-platinum artist’s catalog includes lush ballads like “Moderación” (featuring Camilo), “A Little Bit Yours,” “Line By Line” (featuring Maren Morris) and “I Don’t Miss You,” with guitar work by John Mayer. Saxe’s debut album, Dangerous Levels of Introspection (2021), earned the Canadian singer-songwriter acclaim from Entertainment Weekly, American Songwriter, UPROXX, and EUPHORIA. Amazing talent exhibited by JP Saxe and his band. Only downside was a pretty boring opener and some obnoxious video taking, but that's on the audience.
JP is a wonderful songwriter and story teller! He was so engaged during the performance you really felt like you got to know him! Also loved the venue, we were at the Buckhead Theater in Atlanta.
JP loves what he’s doing and loves his people. He played hard, shared his heart, and even gave my girl a shout out at her first concert. He introduced the folks backstage and showed his love for humanity in all he did. Such a genuine, kind person who put on a great show with a simple, well designed set and amazing music and lyrics. Thank you, JP, for those core memories and for being WONDERFUL.
Justin Nozuka is absolutely fabulous and captivating. JP Saxe was so great as well, very fun and amazing energy throughout. I enjoyed every second!
This was one of the best concerts I have been to. JP sounded amazing and the VIP experience was extremely organized. Next time JP is in Atlanta, go see him, you will not regret it. Additionally, the staff at the Buckhead theater were so accommodating.
Everyone at the venue was kind and organized. The balcony seats were easy to see from, and JP Saxe was absolutely incredible and fun! Seeing him was so much more of an experience and interaction than just a concert. I hope to see him many more times!
Love JP Saxe even more after this concert. I was so impressed with how many songs JP and band performed and the personal dialogue he had with the crowd. Highly recommend.
This show was AWESOME! Anyone who enjoys passion and performance should attend a JP Saxe show... Can't wait for the next one!
I didn't have money for VIP or early entry. But I was still able to get a spot directly in front of the stage. It was phenomenal. JP was everything I could have ever hoped for in a performer and more. I'm sorry I don't have words for it but it was hands down the best experience. So intimate. The place was packed but not claustrophobic. Super organized. The staff were all super kind .
The whole exchange was incredible! The music the camaraderie the intimate setting. It was so special! The surprise guests and opening acts were outstanding as well! Looking forward to the next one
JP was absolutely amazing, sounded so good live. The venue was very intimate and even with so many people the concert felt like a community. Would definitely go again <3
Great new-to-me artist I was so happy to find through John Mayer. JP is funny, honest, real, self-aware in sharing, thought-provoking, an extremely gifted songwriter & musician. I look forward to following his career for years to come & seeing him again!
He’s amazing live. Such a great experience during the whole thing. Meet and greet was so fun. Concert was amazing. Thanks JP
The concert has been amazing. He is a really good performer and I liked his voice. I loved the stage scenography and the lights' choreography. JP Saxe interacted a lot with the audience, explaining his songs and his feelings when he wrote them, and sharing moments of his life. It has been intimate and emotional, and I loved the entire show. I love shows at The Fillmore, because they always give you the poster of the concert that is a fantastic way to remember the night you spent there.
Wonderful energy, good crowd work, and a bountiful mix of songs presented in their classically recognizable forms as well as via fun twists on their style. JP Saxe was an absolutely joy to see perform live and I would certainly recommend him to anyone who has the slightest interest in his music. His energy and passion is infectious and sure to turn any at the show into a massive fan.
Fabulous opening act for John Mayer! Solid performer that is so talented and charismatic!
He knows how to please a hometown crowd. The opener Jessia was amazing as well with voice of an angel. JP’s chat between songs made the experience extraordinary.
I went to both shows and I was not disappointed. Both nights were incredible! He sounded amazing
This show was simply amazing! Great performance, amazing voice and great interactions with the crowd. Would go see him again!
Beginning to end a great show! The crowd was alive and Saxe was on point!
