JON BELLION IN CONCERT:
Jon Bellion creates eclectic, hyper-creative pop music that's undeniably catchy despite its unwillingness to fit neatly into any genre buckets. The singer, producer, and rapper describes his 2015 single "Woodstock" as a "psychedelic musical fiction", and he delivers on that promise with a euphoric combination of hip hop beats, soaring melodic hooks, and hallucinatory lyrics. BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Jon Bellion was born on Long Island, NY, and grew up focused on his love of basketball before starting to play music in high school. After graduating he studied music at Long Island's Five Towns College before his growing involvement in the local music scene convinced him to drop out and pursue his passion on his own terms. He released his debut mixtape Scattered Thoughts Vol. 1 in 2011 and signed with Visionary Music Group the following year to release a cover of Drake's "The Motto". Following his second mixtape Translations Through Speakers, Bellion got a boost when he wrote the chorus for Eminem and Rihanna's 2013 smash "The Monster". He hit the road for his first US tour in 2014, impressing fans with his a confident and at-ease performance style that belied his newcomer status. With his fourth mixtape The Definition generating buzz in 2015, Bellion will continue to keep bodies moving on his Definition Tour.
that was absolutely the greatest show i have ever been to in my entire life. the intro was surreal, the rest of it was electrifying and to see someone so genuinely in it for the music was just incredible

The venue itself was beautiful. Unlike any concert I’ve been to before in my life. Jon Bellion is a born performer and blew the entirety of the crowd away with each and every song. He is an untouchable level of talent.
Majority of the time when I purchase tickets I get the vip package. This one in particular was insane. Instead of your basic meet and great early sound check type deal. The entire band basically had a jam session right in the floor with all of us. There was no barricade dividing us or anything. It was so personable and safe one of the best experiences ever.
The staff was incredible nice. The opening numbers were really good, and John Bellion’s performance was unforgettable and inspiring!!!💕
From beginning to end this show was crazy! The VIP experience was up close and personal and security insured everyone was safe. Luckily I had the opportunity to be front row which added to the experience tremendously. His energy was out of this world and it was obvious he was proud of where he grew up. The most genuine artist I know of. He knows how to keep a crowd on their feet and singing along. I cant wait for the next show.
Incredible show, so much fun. Jon Bellion is an incredible performer, his voice is soulful, and his creativity- you never know where he's going to go next. His band was great, so spontaneous. Can't wait to go to his next show.
My 17 year old son is a big Jon Bellion fan. Last December, he asked me if it was possible to see him live. So we checked his tour dates and saw that there was a show in his hometown of Long Island, NY on Aug 10, 2019. So we purchased two tickets in the Orchestra H section, along with the VIP Sound Check. We drove there from Montreal, Canada. I have been to many concerts over the years, and this one is easily in my top 3 (1 being Paul McCartney and 2 being Green Day). The Sound Check was an incredible experience. In the area for the mosh pit, we made a circle around Jon Bellion and his band and they sang to us. Most Sound Checks are simply the band on stage, with the crowd watching. This was a much more interactive experience. A totally safe, interactive experience. Something that should definitely be continued. The concert itself was rocking. At most concerts, people will sit down from time to time. At this concert, I stood the whole time. As did everyone else. We were at the Jones Beach Theater from 4pm to 11pm. 7 hours. And it flew by so quickly. A true sign of a great show. And when the day comes that he does another show there, we'll definitely be back.
I thought everything about the concert was amazing. This was my first time at the venue and public transportation to the event was super easy. I loved and definitely took advantage of my T-Mobile service and got in the fast lane which got me inside to get merch faster. My only complaint was that none of the ATMs worked so it was stressful whenever I needed cash. Overall 9/10, will definitely be returning for more shows!

Jon Bellion is an amazing performer, He knows exactly how to wow a crowd. First off he is very social with the crowd and would make beats for us to sing along too and also crowd jumped! His performances were unbelievable because of his voice capability and also the people he brought on stage to sing as well were phenomenal.

Jon knows how to put on a show. Everyone was as hype as they could be. The instrumentals that were beautiful. Each song sounded different than it did in the album.
I thought the venue was beautiful. The areas were clean and the staff was extremely friendly.
