About

Johnnie Guilbert is an alternative artist who wears his heart on his sleeve, using his music to open up about the struggles many face with mental health. He started his music journey with his debut EP, Not So Perfect, in 2015, laying the foundation with emotionally charged lyrics and heartfelt ballads. Drawing early inspiration from bands such as Never Shall Never, Panic at the Disco!, and The Ready Set, his sound has grown, blending emo, punk, and alternative rock into something uniquely his own.
Johnnie has carved out a unique space in the alternative scene by balancing his roles as a YouTuber and musician. His loyal fans, many of whom grew up with him, continue to support his creative ventures, whether a new single, vlog or live show that helps bring his music to life. Over the years, Johnnie's music has evolved—what began as a stripped-down and more acoustic setting now includes deeper layers of production, darker tones, and bolder experimentation. Johnnie's music is for anyone going through heartbreak, self-discovery, or looking to feel anything real. As an artist who thrives off self-expression, he's focused on the future, with plans to expand his artistry even further. Always looking to push boundaries, Johnnie is taking on more ambitious projects that challenge him and his sound. Whether exploring new styles, developing concept-driven albums, or working with other collaborators, he's focused on making consistently sincere, authentic, and raw music.

This was the second concert I’ve ever been to and it was totally amazing and worth the extra money I paid for the vip tickets. It was a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to go again next time!

The experience overall was a dream. Staff was so nice, clean venue, amazing stage and layout, setlist was incredible. Johnnie and Chandler were both so nice to the best of their capabilities and I enjoyed myself very much.

I took my niece to this show as she has been a fan of his for years. I was somewhat surprised to learn that I enjoyed his music. He kept it clean, engaged with the audience, and seemed genuinely happy to be performing for his fans. The crowd was young, and respectful. The opener, Chandler Leighton was also a pleasant surprise. It was an enjoyable evening. My niece and I had VIP tickets so we met JG and took pics with him before the show, he was friendly, respectful, and spent several minutes with us.

This was my first show being in the pit, and it was such a great experience. Johnnie was very interactive with the crowd, and he waved at my camera! His voice was so good in person. I can’t wait to see Johnnie live again! (Possibly meet and greets in the future?)
