The Home Team on Tour

Bringing high-energy pop-punk from the Pacific Northwest, The Home Team has been delivering audiences a fun and catchy experience since 2014. This blend of hard rock acoustics with classic pop vocals creates both an electric and nostalgic sound. The group consists of vocalist Brian Butcher, guitarist John Baran, bassist Ryne Olson, and drummer Daniel Matson. Each of the group's members originally came from the Seattle metal scene, and together formed The Home Team to reach "an entirely new and more promising market of people," as Butcher said in an interview with Stiched Sound. The Home Team is set to commence their 2023 Spring Tour, making 28 stops across the United States, including two stops in Canada and will be supported by Broadside and Honey Revenge.

The Home Team Live in Concert

Heralding from Seattle, The Home Team draw inspiration for their heavy pop sound from metal bands such as Slayer, Bury Your Dead and The Black Dahlia Murder, as well as mid 2000s pop bands Jimmy Eat World, Fall Out Boy and Panic! at the Disco. The band's first EP, Black Sheep (2014) and coinciding tour caught the attention of global audiences thanks to the band's energy and skill. In 2018, The Home Team signed with Revival Recordings and released their first full-length album Better Off. Assisting with the production of the record was Casey Bates, producer for Emarosa, Portugal. the Man and Pierce the Veil. Following up their debut, the group released a few acoustic versions of their most popular songs from Better Off, including "She's Quiet" and "Fashion Forward." These acoustic versions of their hits show an even more emotional side of the group, with their heartfelt lyrics shining through a more intimate sound. A few years later in 2021, The Home Team released two of their biggest singles to date and some of their most streamed songs on Spotify -- "Right Through Me" and "Move It or Lose It." These songs were featured on their second full-length album, 2021's Slow Bloom, which was also released to critical praise. Close friend and musician Skyler Acord of Issues helped produce Slow Bloom. The success of the album was followed by the band's first-ever headlining tour, which was supported by Glacier Veins. In 2022, the group released the single "FOMO (Bored of You)." The Home Team have more than 350,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, with top tracks "She's Quiet" and "Right Through Me" combining for more than 15 million streams.

Honey Revenge, Broadside, and The Home Team all exceeded my expectations. The venue was awesome, the crowd was great, and the music had everyone dancing. Highly recommend seeing these guys before they blow up and tickets become too much!

    Great show

by W. S. on 4/19/23Theatre of Living Arts - Philadelphia

The Home Team, Broadside and Honey Revenge were are excellent. The show was great and super loud. Lots of crowd surfers, but the venue had some really great (and very understanding) security folks which kept everyone safe without ruining any of the fun. Honey Revenge was the best. They even crowd surfed too during the Home Team's set!

    So much better than expected

by Jelly on 4/11/23Baltimore Soundstage - Baltimore

The Home Team was absolutely phenomenal. Sounded exactly as they do on the album, very down to earth people. I was at the event in Baltimore, and it was a packed venue. Broadside was also amazing, and though I had never really heard of Honey revenge, they were a very pleasant surprise. I thoroughly enjoyed them. Cherie Amour was an excellent opening, and they did a great Job. Overall was not even close to disappointed. Amazing bands, amazing concert

by Nic on 4/10/23Gramercy Theatre - New York

Loved this experience! We waited on line for not too long and a lady came around and offered vip seats for $40 each, we immediately took them. It was definitely worth it. We were close to the stage and had a good time.
