Valet parking is quick on the way in, and quick on the way out. Waitstaff is prompt with taking and bringing out your orders. Waitstaff checks frequently on refills. Concerts start on time. John Waite’s voice remains as strong as ever. 4 musicians was all that was needed for their incredible sound. Loved when John passed out guitar picks to the audience. He’s a class act, I hope this very talented musician will return in the future.

  • Great Concert Andiamos

by Jw fan on 3/22/22Andiamo Celebrity Showroom - WarrenRating: 5 out of 5

John Waite in a small private room for a concert was a very enjoyable venue. Facilities for rest rooms, needed much more. But the concert was very good, he did acoustic and at almost 70 he is still rocking.

  • Great concert, fun venue

by BigJohn on 3/22/22Andiamo Celebrity Showroom - WarrenRating: 4 out of 5

John and the band gave a great performance. Just so many songs we would have loved to hear, especially more from The Babys. John's voice has held up pretty good considering how long he's been at this. Was our first time to the venue, and it seems like a good place to see shows like this. We were near the entrance to showroom and the sound board, so we had people heading to/from the restroom all night (but hey, we're all of an age where we just can't hold it as long anymore!). Service was great. My only suggestion for the venue is that the management needs to pay more attention to where they stand during the show since one of the managers sometimes stood next to the sound board and blocked my view of the stage. We're headed back for another show next month.

  • John Waite and Andiamo Celebrity Showroom Review

by Robb on 3/22/22Andiamo Celebrity Showroom - WarrenRating: 5 out of 5

John Waite was AMAZING! Over the last 20 years or so, had tix to see him 3 times but could not make it. This was the very first time seeing him and his voice was strong and he sounded like off the albums from the 70s and 80s! Highly recommended. The venue was great as far as nice and large. The place was packed and holds about 900 people. The negatives are you have to pay for parking I didn't realize $5 to self park, limited food menu thou food tasted great and hit, and limited alcohol even though they have bars all over...could not get wife Bailey's drink or a blood for me! Oh, and although I did not have to use the bathroom, the wife did and said the line moved, but was surprised even the men's had a line, so inadequate, as most venues which turn me off form seeing live shows. When I have to, I have to go....now!

  • John Waite- We were 'Missing You'...

by Mel on 11/5/213TEN Austin City Limits Live - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

John Waite is one of our favorites ... Glad we were able to see him again. (This was our first time to see him again post-Covid) The vibes of Austin, the quaint hall, JW and band made the evening an all around rocking good time.

  • John Waite was perfect

by Julie C L on 11/2/21The Canyon Agoura Hills - Agoura HillsRating: 5 out of 5

John Waite truly was perfect. He sounds great, looks fabulous and the songs are still the songs you want to hear again and again. He should only say yes to the Saban next time. He’s too good for the Canyon Club.

  • John Waite Magnetic

by John Waite on 11/2/21The Canyon Agoura Hills - Agoura HillsRating: 5 out of 5

An evening with John Waite up close and personal. I have to say he didn’t disappoint. He had a few acoustic songs that were magical, then had some issues with his mic, but overcame that and played even more intense. Loved the show, he was enigmatic in his performance. I would see him again.

  • Everything you want it to be.

by rspapa on 11/1/21The Canyon Santa Clarita - Santa ClaritaRating: 5 out of 5

John Waite is everything a rocker should be and in an intimate setting as The Canyon Santa Clarita he absolutely shines. Whether playing his standards or covers he is enjoyable to hear and fun to watch as he interacted with the the crowd of enthusiastic fans in attendance. My favorites though were when he stepped it down and played the acoustic songs from his new album "WOODEN HEART". Great show at a great venue.

  • Venue Sound Issues and Terrible Food!

by TimFin on 10/31/21The Canyon Montclair - MontclairRating: 1 out of 5

The sound was terrible and John Waite became increasingly frustrated. He even offered the staff a dollar if they could fix his amp. He could not use his own guitar during his final two songs. The venue food was overpriced and terrible. The entrees (steak, prime rib) came out cold and the desserts were horrific. A very poor experience at The Canyon Montclair.

  • The band was amazing; great songs, wonderfully entertaining!

by JM on 10/31/21The Canyon Montclair - MontclairRating: 5 out of 5

John Waite and the band were fantastic!! We can’t wait to see them again at another venue! The sound board at the venue couldn’t get things right.

  • Show was to short

by Jimmy on 10/31/21The Canyon Montclair - MontclairRating: 3 out of 5

Got to the theater early. Forced to buy a lasagna cheapest thing on the menu 39bucks. I bought the more expensive ticket to have center table with assigned seating. Was told there is no center table only center section was going to sit way in the back away from the stage. Finally sat down at a side table thanks to manager Ralph other hostess kept trying to give away my seats. Very unorganized. Could have been so much better.

  • Amazing show!

by Lesley G on 10/31/213TEN Austin City Limits Live - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

Wow! John Waite’s voice has been in my head since I was a teenager & I was so excited to see/hear him in person. He exceeded all of my expectations, tears were shed (a little embarrassing, but TRUE)! If you get the opportunity, go see him!!!

  • John Waite got ripped off!

by Lilo on 10/31/21The Canyon Montclair - MontclairRating: 2 out of 5

There were issues with the monitors, John had allot of feedback with his microphone. And they cut his set short!! We got totally ripped off as did John Waite and his band. He is a great performer with an awesome sound, wish we could have enjoyed it more!!

  • John Waite performance

Nice venue, very talented band, good R&R. John, as usual, had tons of energy.

  • Awesome!

by Glenna on 10/26/213TEN Austin City Limits Live - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

First time at 3Ten and it was amazing! Small Venue General Admission but Awesome. Staff was super friendly and professional. John Waite, as always, great performance. Opener, Leslie Sisson was really good, didn’t know her. She is out of Austin. We’ll be looking for her local shows. Can’t wait to go back to 3Ten again soon!

  • John Waite -- Road Warrior

by Jimfree on 11/19/193TEN Austin City Limits Live - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

Great show. Sound was excellent. Could hear and UNDERSTAND every word he sang. I felt bad that not more people would buy tickets for such a great artist but is was extremely enjoyable to see him in such an intimate setting. Thanks John.

  • Great Rock Show!

by LizardinABottle on 11/18/193TEN Austin City Limits Live - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

Boom! From sStart to finish John put on an excellent show. The band was tight. The venue was awesome. Great rock show even if you’re not familiar with John’s work. Highly recommended rock ‘n’ roll show.

  • Great Show!

by D. W. on 11/18/193TEN Austin City Limits Live - AustinRating: 4 out of 5

I so enjoyed a blast from the past - John Waite! He gave a great show, was engaging and the venue was fairly intimate. The only thing that would help is to have graduated standing (when tall people are up front, it makes it hard for those who are "vertically challenged" to see). That is the worst part of it for me. Not being able to see, and straining to look around tall people who are "head and shoulders" above the rest...literally).

  • Pleasant Experience

Good show. Very good musicians. Nice change of pace from all the other shows i have seen at this venue. Had a great seat.
