  • Brilliantly Witty

by Ada on 9/24/25The Met Presented by Highmark - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

John Mulaney’s [Mister Whatever] show at The Met this past weekend was nothing short of brilliant. True to his comedic genius, Mulaney delivered a set that was sharp, sarcastic, and flawlessly witty. His timing was impeccable, his storytelling effortless, and the entire audience was in stitches from start to finish. It was one of those rare shows where you catch yourself laughing so hard you miss the next punchline—utterly hilarious and an absolute reminder of why Mulaney is one of the best in the game today.

  • Outstanding show

by Becks on 9/24/25The Met Presented by Highmark - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

John never disappoints. His show was hilarious and full of energy yet he seemed so relaxed on the stage. Please come back to Philly!!!

  • Worth every laugh

by AZ Kid on 9/23/25The Met Presented by Highmark - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

Outstanding comedian with great story telling ability. Very little profanity and what little there was, was appropriate for the story. Nearly non-stop laughing for his 2 + hour show. Philadelphia Met a nice venue.

  • As expected, it was smart and comical

John's a funny guy... watch a special, why are you reading this?

  • Good but not his best

by Tom H on 9/23/25The Wind Creek Event Center - BethlehemRating: 3 out of 5

I am a huge fan of Mulaney and have loved his Netflix specials in the past. This current show was good, but not as good as those earlier shows. For example, what felt like at least 10 minutes about washers and dryers was "meh".

  • Great show by John Mulaney!

by Lady Di on 9/22/25The Met Presented by Highmark - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

I love John’s comedy shows on Netflix and jumped at the chance to see him in person. His opener was very funny and John’s set was hysterical and so relatable in many ways. I especially got a kick out of him questioning certain audience members in the front who kept getting out of their seats during his set. It was also nice that he did an encore.

  • Mostly Positive

by Hesh on 9/22/25The Met Presented by Highmark - PhiladelphiaRating: 3 out of 5

Venue was nice. Entrance a bit of a mess. Show was mostly entertaining but a few of Mulaney's very long, long, long, stories were dull and dated. Parking was a nightmare. $55 at a lot several blocks from the venue and access denied until 1 hour before showtime. Planned dinner at a neighborhood restaurant but that was ruined because they would not let me park in the $55 lot (which was empty), even 15 minutes early. Ridiculous restriction.

  • Love him!!!

by AMS on 9/22/25The Met Presented by Highmark - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

My husband and I had the best time. John’s ability to tell stories is amazing… we laughed sooo much.. With everything going on in the world, we really needed that. The opening act was really good also..

  • Extraordinary performance! Mulaney rocks!

by Cheshire Cat on 9/21/25The Met Presented by Highmark - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

The show was great! As always, Mulaney knocks it out of the venue! And the venue is gorgeous. Staff was so cordial and helpful, even anticipating needs in that they came over to me to assist in finding which direction to go when I entered the lobby. It was an incredible evening. We all need to laugh a lot more!

  • Venue sucked but the show was great!

by CLC on 9/21/25The Met Presented by Highmark - PhiladelphiaRating: 4 out of 5

The seats in the Met are tiny and cramped, it was also incredibly hot inside so physically it was very uncomfortable. The show itself was great though, John Mulaney was hysterical as usual.

  • Love JM!

by DW on 9/10/25Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center: CMAC - CanandaiguaRating: 5 out of 5

Loved the show! John was on a good amount of time, probably close to two hours. He was hilarious and we really enjoyed the show. It was a last minute purchase, so seats were back in the ozone, but side screens helped and we still could hear, so all was well. I highly recommend going to see John Mulaney for good entertainment -- but leave the under age kids at home.

  • Laughter is a Medicine in these times

by Helen on 9/9/25Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center: CMAC - CanandaiguaRating: 5 out of 5

The show at CMAC was the perfect venue on a full moon's night! John Mulvaney was amazing in performing for two full hours straight. He interacted with the audience and covered such a wide range in his jokes. He so easily takes real bits in life, like dealing with a dryer in an awkward stacked position, and makes it so funny! I am a huge fan! Thanks for the hours of laughter, a well needed medicine in these stressful and chaotic times.

  • So much laughter

by ALF on 9/9/25Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center: CMAC - CanandaiguaRating: 5 out of 5

We laughed for two hours - such great new stuff from John and from Langston (opening act). I may never look at our LG washer and dryer the same way again.
