Great Time, for this long time fan.

by Gubavision on 11/20/22The Vogel at Count Basie Center for the Arts - Red Bank

It was some time since I’ve seen Joan Osborne perform. We were both a lot younger in crowded bars on the east side of lower Manhattan prior to Relish being released. This show was like catching up with an old friend you haven’t scene in sometime. Your shared memories and songs were still heard but reframed in a more mature voice. There were new ones reflecting their life experiences. The smaller band of today seemed more in touch with Joan as she is today and completely professional and talented. I alway say if you’re lucky enough to do something for 30-40 years professionally you’re likely really good at it. This is certainly the case. You might think it would only be enjoyable to a longtime fan. Not so. My wife saw her for the first time and raved about the show all the way home. Kept saying how she felt Joan was a real artist. I couldn’t agree more. It was great catching up with my old friend Joan (not really my friend).

    Intimate Performance

by Alan on 9/27/22Ludlow Garage Cincinnati - Cincinnati

Joan Osborne and her guitarist and keyboard player gave a warm wonderful personal performance at the Ludlow Garage. Her voice has list none of its quality and range. The crowd was small but enthusiastic. Overall, great foot-tapping entertainment.

    Joan Osborne at District Live

by StuartR on 4/13/22District Live - Savannah

Wonderful evening with one of my favorite artists. So nice to see her up-close and her her sing her new and old songs. If there was any suggestion I could make, I felt like the sound amplification was a little to loud for this intimate venue. But nothing that spoiled the beautiful experience,

It was worth staying up all night for!

by Heaty on 8/10/21The Loft - Oak Bluffs

I am a fan of The Loft and could see myself coming back someday. It was an adventure to make this happen-I had bought the tickets without looking closely at where the event actually was-just saw The Cape and went from there. Later realzed I would be going to Martha's Vineyard and the last ferry would leave just as the concert was wrapping up-on the other side of the island! So I decided to have an adventure with my significant other-to see Joan and then stay up throughout the night until the sun came up and took the first ferry back. Thats exactlyy what we did. The concert was so worth it-seeing Joan so up close and personal. The setting was cozy and intimate, the price just right. Other venues charge so much more for seats so far off-this was perfect! I may not try to pull an all nighter again but thanks The Loft for adding to my journey that night! :-)

Great Mix of Musicians and Musical Creativity

by TheKirch on 12/2/19The Cabot - Beverly

The band was able to do what they do best as individual artists, and the mix together created for a Wonderful Night of classic music with their own flavor.

    Gotta love Joan

by 1951 Baby on 12/2/19The Cabot - Beverly

But her vocal range and her volume are not what they used to be. Happily, she understands this and therefore treated her audience to some primo musicians, first among them if you ask me Jackie Greene, who wowed with his voice AND guitar AND Hammond B3 and yes even drums. He could mimic the Dylan voice really well without sounding like a caricature. Anders Osborne? Great guitar licks; not crazy about his voice. Joan reduced to tambourine girl for much of the show. Choice of material? Good to excellent.

    Joan Osborne is Great

by Sewkbear on 6/18/19Access Showroom at Aliante Casino & Hotel - North Las Vegas

The Joan Osborne concert was a wonderful experience. She was well-prepared and shared new, original songs as well as some of her previously recorded songs, and some written by Bob Dylan and The (Greatful) Dead. Her two accompanying musician were extremely talented and a pleasure to hear. Osborne was having a good time and performed over her time allotment. It was an enjoyable evening.

Joan Osborne’s “Dylan” tour a precious gem

by Joann on 3/24/19Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra Beach

So glad I saw Joan Osborne sing the songs of Bob Dylan. Her interpretations were personal and unique. I would like to imagine that Dylan himself would appreciate what she and her producer, Keith Cotton, have done with his songs in this very intimate, stripped down show. If you have a chance to see Ms. Osborne’s latest tour, do. She does not disappoint.

Beautiful night to listen to beautiful music

by KerrM3 on 8/13/18Cain Park - Cleveland Heights

All 3 women sang wonderfully. I would have liked the sets to be longer, but performances were fantastic!

    Joan Osborne was spot on!

by clifdog on 4/19/18Bethel Woods Center for the Arts - Bethel

Joan Osborne singing the songs of Bob Dylan was so good. Her two band mates were very good also. Joan made the songs her own, with her own style. Great night, and Bethel woods was a supper venue. Small and cozy place to see a show. We were in the front row, and had a blast. Highly recommend

by 132456 on 4/18/18Bethel Woods Center for the Arts - Bethel

I like small venue shows compared to large concerts so this review reflects that. So, that said, this show was great! Great musicians and great songs. Was never a big Joan fan....I am now.
