Country music just wouldn't be the same without Jo Dee Messina's spunky collection of hits and trademark red hair. A Massachusetts native, Jo Dee Messina started out singing in local clubs with her siblings, eventually attracting the attention of Curb Records and moving to Nashville. Her solo career kicked off in 1996 with her widely successful self-titled debut, which reached No. 5 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers chart and produced two Top Ten singles. I'm Alright followed two years later and generated significant buzz with three No. 1 hits, ultimately going double platinum in the US. Since then, she's collaborated with Tim McGraw, toured with legends George Strait and The Judds, and sold over five million albums. With the desire to truly connect her fans to her music, Messina launched a Kickstarter campaign to support her 2014 album, reaching her goal in just 30 days due to her extremely dedicated fan base. Jo Dee Messina will treat audiences to her classics as well as new material from her fifth studio album Me on a string of upcoming shows.

Have seen Jo Dee Messina a few times and still a big fan of her music. I like her personable nature in talking with the audience but too many stories about her kids that I don't care about. Less gaps between songs please
From the minute we got to the venue and valet parked our car until the time we got our car back was a GREAT experience. The staff at the casino were all so friendly and helpful! Our seats were in the balcony and one of our group is handicap and the staff was so accomodating and helpful. Then, the curtain went up and Jo Dee was SPECTACULAR! Her banter with the audience made everyone feel so welcome and appreciated! She is someone I wish I knew personally! Her stories and banter made the evening feel like you were hanging out with her in her living room. Her honesty with her belief in Jesus and the perils of todays social media with our youth was refreshing and made me fall in love with her as a person, not just a musical artist. She is a GREAT talent and I can't wait to see her again!
Jo Dee has lots of great hits, but she didn’t sing many of them. Lots of talking and crowd interaction to the extent boredom started to take over. It was a short set as a result, that left us wanting for more.
I bought cheap seats in the 300 section, great view of the stage but the section we were in 303 in the last row, had the bar right behind us, it was loud, people chatting, having a good time but screwed up the ability to hear her talking. The music was loud enough the the bar noise was still and issue. If you go and get tickets in the 300s upper level, get tickets in section 301 or 302, but 302 furthest away from section 303. You will appreciate the guidance....
Seeing Jo Dee Messina was a gift. The venue allowed for an intimate evening. Jo Dee is as good as she’s ever been- no, make that better! I’ve been to almost 100 concerts. She’s a top 5 for the overall experience. God bless her.
I've been waiting for Jo Dee Messina to come to Arizona as long as I can remember. I thought it would be a show I would never see. I am SO glad I was able to go! She gives an amazing show. She talks to the crowd and engages with them. She has some new songs I can't wait to come out. She has always been a great entertainer. I got goosebumps when she was singing and brought a tear to my eye.
This was a surprise for my granddaughter. She cried thru the whole concert. She is 29 years old. JoDee is as good as she ever was. Her voice is beautiful. Will see her if/when she comes back.
Great venue. Comfortable seating. Intimate setting. Jo Dee Messina was sensational! Last time I saw her was in 2005, she’s got it going on. Sound quality was great. Hope she comes back soon.
Jo Dee Messina gave a great performance. She spoke with individuals in the audience. Explained how some of her songs came about which made them even more meaningful. She was funny, and authentic amazing lady.
She sounded incredible!! Her voice is so strong! She hasn’t missed a beat!
This was my daughters first concert. She’s loved Jo Dee since she was 3. It was a great show!! Loved the talking points between sets…such a great message for the younger fans. My daughter is still talking about how much fun she had. Can’t wait for Jo Dee to come back to town.
I understand sickness comes up, kind of wish she had just rescheduled instead of having the audience since for her half the time.
Been a fan of Jo Dee's for forever. She puts in a killer show and this was no exception. High energy, great performer. The Fillmore left a bit to be desired. Getting in was fine. The staff was friendly. I had bought the VIP package with my tickets only to find out once inside, ask the VIP package meant was just e had a less crowded bar to order from, no seats. If we wanted seats it would be $80-$200 more for the 2 of us. It felt really dishonest. I don't see myself seeing another show there.
Please come play in the Denver/Boulder area! I’d love to see you live! 🙂
What a great show. It was intimate (at a smaller venue) and Jo Dee just was fantastic. I saw her as a kid at the Grand Ole Opry and she's just as good as I remember. She was very engaged with the crowd, authentic, and performed some new songs that will come out soon. LOVED HER!

Jo Dee Messina put on an amazing opening act for Reba so we were sure to secure tickets to the Ritz show and she did not disappoint! Her opening act, The Dryes, were amazing too!
There needs to be 10 starts here! She is amazing to see live! Her shows are always high energy! She’s a great entertainer! Go see her if you can!
