This was so much fun for my 11 year old son, my siblings and me. My son loved Charlie Puth and Jax. My sister and I were so excited to see Backstreet Boys! I have to say, the best act was FloRida; he really got the entire crowd excited and dancing. Even my son was singing along! My only regret is that I've never been to a Jingle Ball before!
This was first time to jingle all an you can bet that I will be attending again next year I had the time of my life!!! 10/10 would recommend

Our first Jingle Ball … At first we were a little upset that the Black Eyed Peas were not performing but were happy to see them replaced by Flo Rida! And let me tell you, Flo Rida was absolutely incredible! Stole the show in my opinion! Hands down my favorite performance of the night. My family loved seeing all the up and coming artists and of course Charlie Puth and the Backstreet Boys! They were fantastic as well. Overall an incredible show!!! Thank you Jingle Ball! We’ll definitely be back next year!!!

Best night ever!!! Everything was perfect! Amazing artist lineup and smooth check in. Will definitely be back next year! One tip, either Uber or drive to and back from the venue because they close all the gates to get in.
Line up of artists was unbelievable, got our money’s worth. Beverage in the venue was expensive, >$5 for a regular bottled water! Entry to the venue was organized but the exit from the parking lot was a disaster, took us at least 20-30 mins to get out of the parking lot because cars weren’t moving ahead. A lot of traffic to reach the highway as well.
Honestly We did not enjoy jingle ball. The commercials were redundant ridiculous And I guess that's what I paid for. Took 2 older teenagers to this event and none of us liked it. Ridiculously loud. Overall it was overpriced for what we saw. Overall, too much talking in between each performance. A few of the acts were excellent and even the unknown acts to us were quite talented. The seats in the panther stadium were very comfortable. All of the employees at the stadium were lovely. My party was happy to see Elvis Duran.

I was mostly excited to see black eyed peas to later find out the day of the concert that they were replaced with Flo-Rida :( The order of the lineup was a mess. How did big time rush perform before Tate McRae and Ava max?
Concert was ok...not the best Jingle Ball by far. The line-up was ok for Tampa but could have been better. I purchased parking prior to event but had to search for it on my own, did not see any suggested or advertised when buying the concert tickets. Entry was organized and event staff were friendly. This venue is not the greatest, too many stairs to get in and out, very inconvenient. Restrooms were clean and had an attendant working which was nice as they stayed busy. Was a nice surprise to receive free pack of snacks when leaving venue.
Good concert, had a couple of good performers. Having atleast one bigger headliner would have made it better. Most were relatively unknowns.
Main reason I was going was to see the black eyed peas. And last minute they were replaced with someone else. Overall it was still fun.
My two favorites were Flo Rida and The Backstreet Boys. Ryan You’re wasn’t too bad either. The rest I could of done without. Overall I would still go again. I LOVE the interaction Flo Rida had with the fans. I even got a high 5 from him. Backstreet Boys needed to play a little longer.
Best night for my daughter and I. She liked the younger groups and I liked the older groups. Backstreet Boys and Flo Rida were amazing.
This was quite the bang for your buck. My only disappointment was that the headliners had a less than 30 minute set w/ 6 songs, but it was still excellent.
It was 3 1/2 hours of nonstop music. I took my daughter for her 17th birthday. She absolutely loved it.
Line up was disappointed. Wish one or two higer-up artist was in much better. Also, cheat code was miatake. It's seating setting venue. Not like standing area. They are EDM and make crowd jump and hype. I feel bad at them. They keep encouraged to hype up. But, not great result. Backstage set up was very basic compare to other big city jingleball. I love BSB and the reason i went there. But, feel like ending Artist should be people can dance and hype a lot like Flo rida before the BSB. I wish like Pitbull or macklemore was there and make great finale. Also, expect Flo rida and big time rush. No one interact with crowd.
Took my daughter and niece for my daughters 20th birthday and had an amazing time. Loved the acts this year.
