Jingle Ball Tickets

Ok, They offered the tickets as the backstreet boys' concert. We never received a lineup before the concert, we found out that was several artist when we were at the location. Not nice

It was absolutely wonderful and awesome the music and group/singers was amazing this was the best Jungle Ball I ever been to I love Backstreet Boys Charlie Flo Rida Big Time Rush and everyone there were all fantastic hope next year will be just as amazing as well

This was my very first concert and it was a blast. It was easy to find, parking was easy and close. The lineup was amazing. I really only went for Charlie Puth, so I’m glad he didn’t cancel. Flo Rida was amazing, he knows how to pump up a crowd. I just realized as his name was above me that it’s “Florida” since he grew up here. I went with my aunt and she had a blast. For my first concert I was pumped, felt safe, and had a great time.

While some of the artists lip synced, people like Charlie Puth, and FloRida brought their A game and brought down the house! Great fun and I’ll be back next year

Pros: - A very good lineup including FloRIDA and the Backstreet Boys. I never really was a fan of the Backstreet Boys until I saw them live. - Decent seats Cons: - Ava Max did not do any of her Christmas songs at an event called "Jingle Ball". She was focusing mostly on her new stuff. I want a partial refund: $1 back on principle. - The ride-share pickup and drop-off area was incredibly inconvenient, difficult for both patrons and drivers to get to. - The food options at the arena were not good. The salted pretzel had way too much salt on it. - There was no meet-and-greet after the show. Why would fans support artists that don't stick around after the show?

Performances were amazing!! Such a great jingle ball. I’ll be back next year!

Loved every aspect of the show... The performers were awesome the hospitality was spot on and we even won a free gift! All I can say is amazeballs!

The most Epic concert ever put together. Starting with Jax and ending with The biggest boyband in the world The Backstreet Boys. A night that made history for all who attended.

Twas a good concert overall. Loved how helpful the staff was. The flow of the performers could have been done a little differently. Flo Rida was a movie! Charlie south, Jax, Ava Max and of course Backstreet Boys was just amazing! See ya next year!

I had good experience good show. I enjoyed the music the performances. I took with me a 13 years old boy and he said he had fun. We had wonderful time

We've been to several Jingle Balls, congrats to the artists and iHeart radio for putting this together. We love it because you can see so many artists in a single location - and they keep the show on time and moving. Flo Rida was incredible as always. In fact, all the artists were top notch - and congrats to Jax for a great hit. The atmosphere, lights, antlers and all the selfie-stations just make it a really fun event. We will be back next year!

I was disappointed the Dua Lipa, Lizzo and Pitbull weren’t there. I saw they were in the line up and when I bought my tickets I could swear it listed Dua Lipa and Lizzo. It was still fun but could have been better.

I was so happy to see so many great acts together. I left they so happy. It was like a big party. Everyone was up dancing and singing it was great one of the best shows I have seen in a while thank you jingle ball
