About

Jim Jefferies on Tour

Jim Jefferies is one of the most popular and respected comedians of his generation, entertaining audiences across the globe with his provocative, belief-challenging, and thought-provoking comedy. He was recently named one of the top 5 touring comedians in the world.

After receiving rave reviews for his 2018 international stand up tour, The Unusual Punishment Tour, Jim is back on the road with an entirely new routine for his The Night Talker Tour, with his international leg kicking off this November 2019. Additionally, Jim was recently honored as Stand-Up Comedian of the Year at the Just for Laughs Festival this summer. Jim is working with NBC on a multi-camera pilot which he would star in from writer-producer Suzanne Martin, Sean Hayes and Todd Milliner's Hazy Mills and Universal TV.

Most recently signed a first look deal with Comedy Central for content development in television and digital media. Additionally, Jim's eponymous Comedy Central series, THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW debuted its third season on March 19, 2019 at 10:30pm ET / PT. As a strong voice in late night, the weekly series features Jim traveling across the globe to tackle the top news stories and controversial issues of the day. In addition to the series, Jim also continues to head up the weekly podcast series, ‘The Jim Jefferies Show Podcast', co-hosted by Forrest Shaw. The podcast, from Comedy Central's Podcast Network includes interviews and discussions with a variety of guests discussing current news and politics, as well as providing a more in-depth focus on the topics and opinions featured on the television series - with less filters.

In 2018, Jim starred in his third Netflix comedy special JIM JEFFERIES: THIS IS ME NOW. Performing at the Eventim Apollo in London, he unapologetically kept it real opening up the challenges of being a single father, as well as the weirdest gig he ever played. In 2017, he released his fifth major stand up special in seven years, FREEDUMB. The special was Jim's second to air on Netflix, and followed the huge success of the first, JIM JEFFERIES: BARE, in which he delivered a now iconic routine on guns and gun control in the United States.

In addition, Jim created, wrote, produced, and starred in the critically acclaimed FX series LEGIT, which ran for two seasons and has since gained a cult following. He has also appeared in the films KILLING HASSELHOFF and PUNCHING HENRY.

Jim currently lives in Los Angeles.

I had never been to a comedy show where the comedian was crazy generous with his time. Kept saying one more story then I enjoyed meeting him and taking a picture during the ‘Meet and Great’

My husband and I listen to Sirius and always talk about how funny Jim Jeffries is. I saw he was playing in NJ and had to get tickets. We laughed the entire time and thought he was so good. I highly recommend watching him.

  • Longest set I’ve ever seen by a comedian

by Joe on 12/3/24Flagstar at Westbury Music Fair - WestburyRating: 5 out of 5

Jim Jeffries is always very funny. Could not believe he was on stage for 2 1/2 hours. Wow.

  • Outrageous & irreverent, but a bit preachy

by Denise L on 12/3/24Flagstar at Westbury Music Fair - WestburyRating: 4 out of 5

Jim Jeffries entertained us for over 90 minutes with non-stop hilarious material. He opened with a lot of celebrity material that probably plays well for LA audiences, but comes off as a bit showy and removed for us New Yorkers who are rarely star strucked or very interested in the day to day life of a celebrity. Still we laughed anyway. From there he espoused his political views which were a bit preachy. Not something I expected or appreciated even if I did agree with some of his points. Given the political atmosphere in this country, it might be best to stay away from divisive topics and focus on things that unite rather than divide, entertain rather than provoke. He did move on to his personal anecdotes which were the hits of the evening and were what we had paid to see. Overall a very good show, a very talented comedian and worth the money.

Great to have Jim in a smaller theater when he can be a bit more interactive and give us content that's way better than any Netflix special.

by SMO on 10/31/24Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

The opening comedian and Jim Jefferies were absolutely hilarious!!! I would pay to see those two again. The other Jim was not so funny... he was ok.

  • An awesome night of ribald comedy

by Gman on 10/31/24Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

All three comedians were on the top of their game. I have never laughed as long and as hard as I did on Friday night. The next day my sides were still sore ( but a nice feeling ). A lot of fun and a great time. Well done.

  • Great show with two hilarious headliners.

by Huge on 10/29/24Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

From the opening act Amos Gill, then Jim Jeffries and Jimmy Carr it was an awesome night. Lots of crude and rude jokes to make your inside jiggle with glee. Love the how the two act came on stage and had some witty banter reading texts from the audience. Memorable night. Looking forward to the next time they come to town.

  • Funny show— for the most part

by Jord on 10/28/24Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Amos was funny, Jim Jefferies was funny, Jimmy Carr had some funny moments but he had too many jokes about child abuse for my liking so that ruined it a bit. Overall funny show

  • What a night
