Jim Jefferies on Tour
Jim Jefferies is one of the most popular and respected comedians of his generation, entertaining audiences across the globe with his provocative, belief-challenging, and thought-provoking comedy. He was recently named one of the top 5 touring comedians in the world.
After receiving rave reviews for his 2018 international stand up tour, The Unusual Punishment Tour, Jim is back on the road with an entirely new routine for his The Night Talker Tour, with his international leg kicking off this November 2019. Additionally, Jim was recently honored as Stand-Up Comedian of the Year at the Just for Laughs Festival this summer. Jim is working with NBC on a multi-camera pilot which he would star in from writer-producer Suzanne Martin, Sean Hayes and Todd Milliner's Hazy Mills and Universal TV.
Most recently signed a first look deal with Comedy Central for content development in television and digital media. Additionally, Jim's eponymous Comedy Central series, THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW debuted its third season on March 19, 2019 at 10:30pm ET / PT. As a strong voice in late night, the weekly series features Jim traveling across the globe to tackle the top news stories and controversial issues of the day. In addition to the series, Jim also continues to head up the weekly podcast series, ‘The Jim Jefferies Show Podcast', co-hosted by Forrest Shaw. The podcast, from Comedy Central's Podcast Network includes interviews and discussions with a variety of guests discussing current news and politics, as well as providing a more in-depth focus on the topics and opinions featured on the television series - with less filters.
In 2018, Jim starred in his third Netflix comedy special JIM JEFFERIES: THIS IS ME NOW. Performing at the Eventim Apollo in London, he unapologetically kept it real opening up the challenges of being a single father, as well as the weirdest gig he ever played. In 2017, he released his fifth major stand up special in seven years, FREEDUMB. The special was Jim's second to air on Netflix, and followed the huge success of the first, JIM JEFFERIES: BARE, in which he delivered a now iconic routine on guns and gun control in the United States.
In addition, Jim created, wrote, produced, and starred in the critically acclaimed FX series LEGIT, which ran for two seasons and has since gained a cult following. He has also appeared in the films KILLING HASSELHOFF and PUNCHING HENRY.
Jim currently lives in Los Angeles.
I totally recommend that anyone who loves Jim Jeffries go see him live, dude is so funny, and really interacts with the crowd, I’ve seen him twice already in the last year and will see him again when he comes around
Jim Jefferies is open-minded in that he's accepting and friends with all types in society today. But that doesn't stop him from doubling you up w/laughter as he tears each of'em a 'new one' pointing out the idiocies and ugliness we can do, especially when it comes to relations between the sexes. Everything from his baby boys acting like old men to adults who act like children, to who God & Satan would let into Heaven or Hell, and why. I laughed all through the show!!
The show started with Australian comedian Amos Gill, who did a great job opening. Jim started around 7:20 and finished closer to 9:40. I don’t want to give away any of the act, but I laughed often. Jim stayed on stage extra time and did some funny crowd work (spurred by a weird question about an old brown leather jacket from the crowd). The show was very funny and entertaining throughout. I highly recommend it, as long as you have a good sense of humor and don’t mind a bit of dirtier jokes.
Jim Jefferies didn't disappoint great new material
Opening Act, Amos Gill, got the crowd geared up with a good, short act. Funny Guy. Jim came out swinging with some new material, and he stayed on stage for a solid 1 and half (or longer). He is one of the sharpest, funniest guys out on tour. Kept everyone laughing the entire time. Dug out some older material but gave the audience a heads up, then presented it in different way. The best part is that he is sincere, and appreciates his fans. We sat in the front row, and paid for the Meet and Greet after. What a nice guy. He looked his fans in the eye, shook everyone's hand, and took multiple pictures. A Class Act. Worth every penny!
Got the tickets for my husband as a Christmas gift. I was skeptical but was pleasantly surprised. We had a great time! He was really funny.
My husband is a big fan of Jim Jeffries so I bought these tickets as a Christmas gift. We had great seats and we both thoroughly enjoyed it!
Jim was great! He's a great comedian! We had an amazing night out in the city of Boston, and really enjoyed his show! Can't wait for the next one!
Laughed the entire show! Stayed on way longer than planned! Took an audience comment ‘ ran with it creating an amazing bit off the cuff - talent & compassion - he’s great!! I’ve been the three of his shows over the years, Mohegan Sun, Reno Nevada & now Boston which is by far the best!!
Jim connects with his audience like no other! His stories are wildly funny!
Hell of a fun night of laughing my butt off. The guy next to me who I didn't know kept trading arm smacks saying I cant believe he said that. Show was phenomenal, beers at Wang cost almost as the tickets. BYOB if going to Boston wang theater.
The venue (Wang Theatre) was beautiful but as is the case with many old, renovated movie houses, the legroom is non-existent, a big problem for a 6'6"person like me but even my 5'10"wife had to get up halfway through the show and stand because her legs were cramping. It also got progressively warmer throughout the show so that after an hour it was uncomfortably warm. I hate venues and performers that don't include all performers that are part of the performance in the listing for the event, if there's going to be an opening act, put that in the event listing. Chances are it's someone I'm not interested in so I know that I don't have to hurry to be there by showtime. And why is it so hard for anyone to ever start the performance at the time the listing says the performance is going to start. If it says, show starts at 7PM, the show should start at 7PM and not 7:15, this is pretty simple and pretty basic but very few performers and venues do it. As far as the show itself, the warmup guy (no idea what his name was) was terrible and Jim Jeffries himself was very disappointing. I'm not familiar with his comedy, I bought the tickets because my wife and I like comedy, because we were in Boston for the weekend and because there were few other options on this night in mid-January. I didn't mind the raunchiness of his act, I didn't like the fact that it was almost entirely sex-based, including a very protracted bit about his mother and father and graphic sexual descriptions involving them, not very appealing.
I’ve been to a lot of comedy shows. Even some recently. I’ve seen the greats. This was right up there and maybe the best I’ve seen in a long time if not ever. Jim is an incredible storyteller. He’s still got it and has just honed his art over time. I was afraid he was going to dull down his routine now that he has a family etc etc. instead he gave us a real show and got a lot of new material. He made the crowd feel special. He even stayed on stage for an extended time. Even his opener was great. I will be keeping an eye out for when he is in town next and will be sure to get tickets. Thanks Jim for a great night
I have seen Jim Jeffries 4xs now with my husband and he has us cracking up everytime. Everytime there is a show in New England we will be there.
Jeffries is one of the most authentic performers and is a truly great joke teller. Absolutely loved the whole show. I will always see him when he plays in Boston, he’s that perfect.
The meek need not attend. This was full throttle twisted comedy.
One of the funniest comedians out there, do not miss this show.

Jim Jefferies is one of the best comedians out there. 2+ hours of brilliant stories, tangents, and perfect call backs to bring things full circle. Cannot wait to see him again.
