Wonderful Christmas themed concert with more visuals than I had anticipated. I was equally pleased that he managed to work in two of my personal favorites: "The Gift" and "Valentine." Highly recommend and will attend again once he returns to Rochester.

    A wonderful evening!

by Bob on 12/18/22Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

We have seen Jim many times, often at his Christmas show with Tracy Silverman & Anne Cochran - love them all! This time Jim brought Matt & Savannah Shaw who were fantastic. Their blended duets were amazing and it was incredible that a father and daughter could both have such strong voices, range and harmony. They brought something special to the holiday show and we have been listening to them on YouTube the last few days as well. Jim seemed better than ever and it was a most enjoyable evening!

    Spectacular evening of music!

by Mom to Dakota on 12/18/22Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

What a lovely evening of holiday music in Rochester, New York! Jim Brickman, master of the piano, performed new selections and old favorites, with sometimes-humorous and light-hearted anecdotes and stories interspersed. Mat and Savanna Shaw were absolutely delightful and amazing vocalists...so talented and wholesome, with beautiful voices in perfect harmony singing creatively arranged new songs and familiar carols, accompanied by Jim. Very memorable and inspirational...a highlight of the holiday season!

Jim Brickman and the Shaw's were an Amazing evening!

by Joeshenanigan on 12/18/22Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

I bought tickets for my wife to give a break from the Holiday stress. Ive never really listened to Jim, but my wife has been a fan for decades. She started to follow the Shaws almost from their first post on social media too. We both enjoyed the event. I havent heard anyone play as skillfully as Jim, and his stage presence is engaging. I also could not believe how incredible the Shaws harmony and voices were.

The Brickman Christmas show in Kalamazoo was another example of how this entertainer continues to improve the experience, this time by including the audience in a taped performance of a new song Adding guest artists is always the best as thr father-daughter tream of the Shaws from Utah was truly special

Brickman was good, vocalists were meh

by Ad Gal on 11/30/22Fred Kavli Theatre- B of A Performing Arts Center,Thousand Oaks - Thousand Oaks

Brickman's piano playing and artistry was terrific. I wish the concert had just been him because the opening and the end with him were wonderful. However, he had a father-daughter vocal duo accompany him and although Savanna's voice was really good, the father came off corny and Broadway-ish. I guess they are YouTube stars, but we did not recognize them. The other couple, AJ and his wife were not that great either and seemed like they would be the entertainment on a cruise ship or a high school performance. We left feeling a bit unfulfilled with our annual Christmas concert we do every year. Back to the Disney Concert Hall next year!
