Excellent, very good, fantastic, seats cramped, music great

Jennifer has a beautiful powerful voice and her performance was incredible!

Jennifer Nettles was great. She has one of the most powerful voices I've heard in a long time. Her band was talented as well. She sang lots of Christmas songs along with her hits. It was not a great looking stage, very simple. No Christmas decorations, just band instruments, mics and speakers. Our seats were very uncomfortable, no leg room at all, especially with the large cup holders that take up so much room. We sat in 2nd row of balcony 2 seats. Great view, but my knees were smoushed into the seat in front of me. Then when leaving, I wanted to take a pic of marque, but Taft turned lights off as concert was letting out. What's up with that? So, loved the show, but will think twice about going to this theater next time.

2nd time seeing Jennifer at the Palace Theater in Albany. This holiday concert was fantastic, and she was totally mesmerizing as she sang holidays songs and some of her big hits. It was truly worth the money. Unfortunately, I arrived late and had not had dinner, so the only healthy(?) food to eat from the Palace Theater lobby was popcorn (the 2 restaurants in the vicinity were packed). Great night and thank goodness the weather held up for the long drive I had.

My wife and I were very disappointed with the concert. For the most part, the sound guy should be fired as the sound from the stage was so over amplified that it was nothing but noise. Lyrics were blurred and distorted. We have attended concerts at this venue before, as recently as 3 weeks ago. The sound set up at those concerts was nearly perfect. Ms. Nettles appeared as though she had just awoken from a nap, being dressed in what appeared to be flannel lounge pants in a hunter red and black plaid. Her hair-do looked like an after thought. This was not a cheap concert, but there was no signs of a well thought out , professionally put together affair. Examples include the lack of a set or seasonal decorations and the constant appearance and disappearance of a stage hand to do nothing but switch guitars (why couldn't they be pre-placed and left for the musicians as in other concerts?). This was billed as a Christmas Concert and while some Christmas music was performed, it seemed the majority of the songs were from Ms. Nettles recording career. We are fans of country music and looked forward to a good performance, but were sorely disappointed.

The Tivoli did a wonderful job of directing everyone to the appropriate places. They were kind and very helpful. It made the process go very smooth. Then of course the best part, JENNIFER NETTLES. She was amazing! Not only were her vocals ON POINT, her personality was amazing too. She was fun to listen to and be engaged with. Id definitely go back to see her again! It was great to here an artist that sounded just like she does on the radio ( if not better!). My boyfriend went with me and he agrees. It was a great show!!!

Jennifer is awesome to see and hear live. I was totally amazed.

The show was good but I expected more Christmas songs.

Jennifer has a set of pipes that are amazing! Her band and talent their talent are wonderful. Got the holidays started off right!

Fantastic voice... her voice is unbelievable! She was friendly, interacted with the audience and put us in the holiday season!

Jennifer was great as always. We love to see her any time she comes to town. First time for Christmas concert. What a talent.

Great show at the Tivoli Theatre in Chattanooga TN a must see!!

Excellent show but for the money paid for the tickets to only get an hour and a half of performance time was disappointing to say the least.

Jennifer did an awesome concert. She did a mix of Christmas and some of her original songs. Amazing night!!

Jennifer is an amazing entertainer and always puts on an unbelievable show.

Was great except for the three motor mouths sitting behind us. I do not think they stopped loudly talking the entire time. Very annoying when trying to focus on the singing.

This was my husband's and I, first concert. He's 34 & I'm 30 lol. We had a wonderful experience, and Jennifer Nettles was AMAZING! Never missed a beat. Only thing that would have made it better was more of her songs instead of Christma's music, and maybe if I got to sing with her too haha. Loved it! I've been to the Tivoli theater before but it was a graduation. I enjoyed a concert there. We were seated pretty close. We will be going back!

She embodies the phrase "naughty or nice". A bit of both with the voice of an angel. Did the best version of several Christmas carols I've ever heard, plus most of her excellent play list. Thanks, Jennifer.

Reactionary with audience, great song variety and down right good.

Jennifer was on time and ready to deliver an unforgettable performance. Her voice is strong and beautiful. She was happy and engaged well with her audience. Her christmas songs were truly beautiful,and had some in the audience crying. I will definitely go see her again!
