Jennifer Nettles music has been with us for so long, it is easy for ticket buyers to forget that she is only now starting her journey as a solo artist. For nearly a decade, Nettles has lent her alternately smoky, soulful and sassy voice to the country music duo Sugarland, and in the process netted two Grammys to go along with five Academy of Country Music Awards, and five #1 Country singles. During those years, Sugarland's music grew exponentially, with 2010's The Incredible Machine, an album filled with anthemic rockers meant to fill stadiums, expanding the very idea of what country music is and can be. Now, after the Georgia native took time away from her band's relentless tour schedule to become a mom, Nettles is spreading her wings as a solo act. For "That Girl," the first single of the forthcoming record, Nettles builds on the other woman persona that she adopted in the Sugarland hit "Stay," adding sultriness with the addition of Latin rhythms. With legendary producer Rick Rubin at the helm of the new project, it's safe to expect even more surprising platforms for Nettles's rich, emotional instrument both on record and in concert.

Jennifer Nettles was fantastic at Town Hall in NYC December 2021. It was easy to show ID and vaccination proof and clear security. The lines weren’t too long for beverages and they had a good selection of liquor. Everyone stayed masked and I felt safe gathering and enjoying some NYC holiday magic!
First of all I am in no way a country music fan. I have seen Sugarland on TV and really liked Jennifer Nettles. Saw she was going to be at Town Hall so bought some tickets. What a surprise, didn’t know it was a Christmas Show. No opening act which was fantastic, I hate opening acts and she was backed up by a horn and violin section. 3 horns, 6 violin and 6 backup singers along with her band. Show was 1/2 Christmas music and the rest classics, Broadway and some of her own. This girl can “SING” people and she is so likable and funny. Can’t wait to see her again maybe with Sugarland. Still not a country music fan just a Jennifer Nettles fan. One more thing. The young lady who plays bass for her has some set of pipes singing with her. Great night.
Jennifer’s performance was very uplifting so real. It was so clear that it came from her ❤️ & soul. She is a talented compassionate artist, beautiful to see and oh those pipes of hers. She sings like an angel and she may be the closest to one that I’ve yet to see.
What an amazing voice. Adorable personality. I was so excited to see her and she exceeded my expectations. Crystal clear vocals. A true gift. She has a great band. Singers, horns, violins all sounded amazing.

Our seats were in the balcony. We could not understand the words that Jennifer was singing. We thought Symphony Hall had better accoustics. Very disappointed.
I had never seen Jennifer in person before but my oh my..... This was the best out of 4 concerts I had seen during the holiday season. What an amazing voice she has. She did a great mix of Christmas songs with other songs. Jennifer also has a great personality and interacts with her audience. What a fun night! It was my first Jennifer concert but it won't be my last!
She still has one of most powerful voices out!!!!!
We had a great time at the Jennifer Nettles Christmas concert! Taft theatre's seating was a little tight for our liking, but the concert was awesome!
What a voice. We had a wonderful time listenting to both Christmas and former hits. Would go again if she was in the area. Terrific.
Jennifer Nettles has always been a favorite of mine, but to see her and hear her sing with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and her band; she was amazing and added her own personal flair to every song she sang. She mixed it up by singing Christmas songs, some of her well-known Sugarland songs, and her original songs. Each was more breathtaking then the next. She certainly helped me get into that "Christmas Spirit!" She is one talented lady, who shines on stage from her beautiful and powerful singing voice to the shiny silver boots she wore on stage! I didn't want the concert to end- She also announced that she and Christian were going back to making music again as Sugarland!! What a great Christmas present!!

I have seen JN several times as a solo artist and I think this was my favorite show! It was a fun combo of Christmas music, her music, and hits from sugar land.

I wasn't sure what to expect considering it was billed a Christmas concert but I was actually blown away by her mix of Christmas music and her country stuff. I have never seen Jennifer Nettles in concert before but she hooked me from the opening song to the very last one. Definitely entertaining and I left the theater with a smile on my face and in the Christmas mood. I can't wait to see her again when/if she comes back to my area.
Amazing from start to finish. Cheers came from each and every individual no matter their age. Jennifer is incredible live.
