Jennifer is not just talented but relates very well to the audience. You have to like her for her charisma and showmanship.

First time there. Good parking, easy in and out. Staff was very helpful. Great seats. I would definitely go there again.

Jennifer Nettles was amazing as always! But the venue, wow! Signage and real live way finders were well placed and very helpful. Seats were so comfortable, even for people that aren’t tiny. Sound was great, not too loud! Just an incredible show and experience at Capital One Hall!

I enjoyed everything but the covid inspection and the security which made me return a tiny swiss army pocket tool to my car? I could do more damage with a sharpened credit card edge folks. The parking was sub-average at the building itself, and there were not enough food choices in the immediate vicinity and the restaurants that were available were booked solid - had to drive out of the area to the nearby mall which was the closest place for any food variety. The show itself despite the venue was awesome.

Jennifer Nettles has a vibrant and strong voice and her stage presence radiated throughout the audience and her team of gifted musicians. Great holiday treat. Ver fEw artists can compete with her talent on stage

Not at all what I was expecting. Realized too late her Southern twang was definitely not my style of preferred entertainment. However, others thoroughly enjoyed themselves, so it's just my taste, not her musical abities.

Venue is an awesome facility in a great location. Beautiful decor and rivals National theater in Washington DC. The process to enter the venue was easy. Parking was a tad confusing and long lines getting out of parking garage u til staff on street level figured out how to stop traffic and let cars out of the garage. Then it sped up tremendously.

Beautiful new venue. Parking garage was a little hectic, but there were attendants there to help move traffic through in an orderly fashion. The show was great. The show was short - it was only about 80 minutes thus the four star rating.

Can’t wait to see her again! The band and back up singers were wonderful- Loved the venue.

It was a very disappointing performance. It was our first time being back in the city after 2 years and we were very disappointed. All she sang was Christmas songs. We spent a lot of money on tickets & parking just to go listen to Christmas songs. We will not be in a hurry back to see her in concert again!!

Absolutely the best ever from the very start to parking, the check in process was simple and easy, the venue was by far the best I have ever been to (I've been to 100+ concerts so this says a lot)! The performance was worth every cent! Truly amazing!! Thanks for the best Christmas gift.

Jennifer Nettles put on a fantastic show Thursday night. She covered lots a Christmas songs as well as Broadway show tunes and even some well known Sugarland music. The backup band ( with the Belles with Bows) and the backup choir were spectacular. The bassist, Annie Clements was amazing. Her playing (and switching between the electric bass and a full size acoustic bass) was spectacular and her voice blended so well with Jennifer’s it was magic. Thank all of you for a great holiday gift. The Capital One Hall has spectacular acoustics and great sight lines from everywhere. The only downside is once you park inside the garage, you have to go outside to the front in order to enter the venue. That could be an issue in really cold or nasty weather ( or I haven’t found the secret passage to get in from the garage).

Fantastic night and awesome way to start off the holidays. Great to see Jennifer back on stage. She has a beautiful voice with incredible range. She is true entertainer as she also told stories, joked around and connected with the audience. Hope to see her more in the near future. First time to Capital One Hall and we’re surprised to have such a nice new find right in our backyard. Will definitely go back again.

Amazing show and Jennifer and crew sounded fantastic! Spectacular venue. Great seats. Stupendous, friendly service from guidance to parking spot through departure. And what a beautiful Christmas tree. A perfect night during the holiday season.

I love Jennifer Nettles and she did not disappoint! Such an amazing voice and she sang a wide variety from Christmas songs to Broadway/movie tunes and some of her best hits. So happy that I was able to attend. The venue was very nice. I had never been there and I was impressed with the concert hall, the parking and the traffic direction.

The show was absolutely fantastic, I love her voice, I loved her jokes. The night was just beautiful.

Jennifer Nettles is AMAZING! Not only does she have an incredible voice, she engages the crowd and makes the event a night you won't forget! I've seen her atleast 10 times and will continue to see her over and over again.
