Jefferson Starship Tickets

I saw the Jefferson Starship Last night in Rhonert Park, California. They surpassed my expectations with great harmonies liken to Kantner, Balin, and Slick, only it was Freiberg, Baldwin, and Richardson. Dave Freiberg was amazing for a guy his age, However he has been with them since the formation after leaving The Quicksilver Messenger Service. They put on a great show. China Kantner joined them onstage for a few. I'm sure one of the best shows this year. That's what I go to concerts for. A trip down memory lane for sure, where you keep saying, "I forgot about that one, oh, and that one too!"

Another of my favorite bands that I got to check off my list that I got to see. I was rocking right with them sat in my seat for just a little bit then I got up went to the side and started dancing.

It was a great show! The sound was mostly ok, maybe a little fuzzy here and there, and great light show. Attendants was seated, and my friend and I wanted to dance so we went in back so that we could stand up and dance most of the show. Of course they played all the hits and rocked it. The only thing I really did NOT enjoy was the guitar solo! Totally was a buzz kill for me. Glad they got back on track and rocked it. And when they came back, they did, “white rabbit“ and, “somebody to love“. Totally made up for it. I am still singing the songs days later.

We were expecting to Grand Funk. Due to illness, Starship performed the entire concert. They put forth a lot of energy given their ages and belted out their music despite a greatly reduced crowd due to the Grand Funk cancellation. A few slip ups here and there, but music was delivered mostly spot on as originally done. In some cases it was improved and enhanced. The video screen behind them was a fantastic rendering in harmony with the songs Starship was playing. We had a great time and were singing along.

Went to see Grand Funk (canceled) but wasn't sure about Starship, went anyway. They were actually pretty good (me not being a fan) but a small venue like hard rock the sound a little too loud. Couldn't make the words at times and I heard that from a few people. It was entertaining, I'd go again.

Grand Funk was to play also, but illness prevented them. Jefferson Starship played longer. They played new songs and old favorites. Some people even started dancing by their seats!

It was a great concert.they stepped up and put on a great concert I was impressed

I really enjoyed the show The sound was great the seats were great I love the atmosphere and the vibe! What I did not like was when I left and walked out the door I forgot to get another t-shirt, for a gift for somebody for Christmas. they would not let me back in even though I had a t-shirt and an vinyl album in my hand. Plus my ticket was right on my cell phone I could have showed her. That totally bummed me out and I went online when I got home and could not purchase another shirt

Jefferson Starship more that filled the void left by the cancellation of Grand Funk Railroad due to a band member’s illness. Anyone who decided to take the refund really missed a great show! They played so many of their hits to include some Jefferson Airplane stuff.

Jefferson was great performer and I loved the music and venue. The main group was supposed to be Grand Funk RR but they had covid. We should get some reimbursement at least since the show ended early.

Was supposed to see Grand Funk and Jefferson Starship, but Grand Funk had an illness in band and canceled. Decided to see Starship only rather than get a refund. Starship’s music sounded just like I remembered it. The male lead vocal sounded good for his age, but not as good as the original singer for those songs. The female lead vocal was very good, but again, not Grace Slick good… All in all I thought it was a good concert, but not a great concert. If both bands had performed I probably would’ve enjoyed it more.

Jefferson Starship started on time and rocked for nearly two hours. Sound was excellent.

The instrumentals were so loud that we could not hear the vocals most of the time.

Music was very loud & hard to hear the words. Perhaps amps were set too high or were too powerful for the smaller venue; a lot of distortion. Enjoyed the older songs but overall was disappointed in the show itself,

I have attended a lot of concert at the Star of the Desert Arena over the last 20 years, but this one will be the last! The new “policy” of needing to have a clear handbag or just a wallet size purse is ridiculous!!! We were not told WHY this policy was in place, which is even crazier. Yes, we could have paid $25 at the Gift shop for a clear plastic bag, but WHY??? My friends & I are seniors, and our purses were very small, only allowing keys, cell phone, and glasses. We were told we could not enter with our handbags, so we had to go out to the car, leave our handbags, and stuff keys & cell phones into our pockets. After we were in the arena, we saw numerous women with very large handbags and even backpacks!! I am DONE with Primm Valley Casinos. The sound system in the arena is not good at all. It needs to be replaced badly. Jefferson Starship did a great job playing to the audience, but the bad sound system made their job very hard!

They were so good!! We will definitely see them again!! Loved it!!

Our seats were amazing. The band put on a High energy show.

Was really more of a Jefferson Airplane fan, so was happy to hear them play a few of them. The sound was great, service was good at the bar, so really an enjoyable experience!

Started late and ended a little early. Would have liked to have more of the original material.

Deeply disappointed. Was Really looking forward to hearing all their classic hits. The show started really slow and unfamiliar (they were playing a host of new songs) and didn't pickup until after the first break. But overall they sounded like a bad lounge act. The singers were in sync at all. Have been to 70s-80s band; Styx, Queen, Foreigner, none were this low, in fact we've seen all of them multiple times and never been disappointed as with JS. The seats were barely half-full, don't blame them for saving their money.
