About

Jeff Tweedy, founding member and frontman of Wilco, is one of contemporary music's most respected songwriters and performers. In addition to 13 Wilco albums, he has released four solo albums and authored three New York Times bestsellers. In anticipation of his fifth studio release, Twilight Override (out Sept. 26), this solo tour offers fans a rare chance to experience songs from Tweedy's expansive catalog in a more intimate setting--spanning both his solo work and Wilco favorites.

  • Outstanding

by MSUrbanFarmer on 11/21/25Saenger Theater Hattiesburg - HattiesburgRating: 5 out of 5

Timely start by a good opening act (who was also a guitar player for this version of Jeff Tweedy. The opening act was the perfect length and the stage change was minimal. Tweedy and his band were great. Everyone was having a good time and the performances were amazingly tight. Just a lot of fun. The Hattiesburg Saenger sound was clean and not too loud. Audience respectful.

  • Privileged to have seen it

5 part harmonies, nicely mixed low stage volume Oh yeah, seeing Tweedy Band in essentially your living room was pretty special

  • Perfection

Incredible show. Macie Stewart was captivating. The sound was impeccable. Jeff Tweedy and his band were total professionals. This was an all time classic show.

Jeff is a legend and it was great to see him perform again.

  • Yes, and

by Jesus W on 11/4/25The Salt Shed Indoors (Shed) - ChicagoRating: 4 out of 5

Great show. Stage should be higher so I could see the performers over the heads in front of me. Also would appreciate if the promotional material about the show said who was opening. I don't know when it became the thing to only advertise the openers on every platform. I have to do deep research to figure out who is opening.

  • Tweedy Override!

by Steve on 11/4/25The Salt Shed Indoors (Shed) - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

Jeff & family & friends put on a stellar show at the Salt Shed. His terrific 3x LP "Twilight Override"sounded even better live an in person. The guitar work & harmonies & stellar musicianship made for a wonderful evening. And, the Salt Shed continues to be a great place to see a show - inside or out!

  • Jeff Tweedy is awesome.

Jeff Tweedy is awesome. He sounded good. He made eye contact with me. He saw into my soul. Music at the Salt Shed is mixed well and fun to listen to.

  • Mostly consistent, sometimes surprising

by SteveW on 10/30/259:30 CLUB - WashingtonRating: 4 out of 5

Jeff brought his signature sound, and his backing band is outstanding. The multiple guitars plying away at once, pivoting between acoustic and electric (or both), backup singers, violin and percussion - thanks to his own kiddo! - really expand the sound of his songs. And as always, his songwriting is genius and his voice is everyman-America gravelly yet approachable. A highlight was an 8- or 10-minute version of the wonderful "Feel Free"off the new album. Another was a cover of Marvin Gaye's impeccable "What's Going On"sung by his bassist. The only downsides were, he doesn't play any Wilco songs when touring solo, and his opener was his (quite wonderful) violinist rather than a different act, would've added some variety.

  • Still got it!

by CDE on 10/29/25Lincoln Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

How many artists can consistently write great songs after 40 years? Tweedy is at the top of the short list!

  • Tweedy Shines with Family and Friends

by Tony on 10/29/25Lincoln Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

It was amazing to see an artist I have followed for years reach new heights. The latest incarnation of the Tweedy band flat out rocked the Lincoln Theater. Drawing primarily from his recently released triple album, Tweedy's new material sounded incredible live and played well alongside older favorites, including a Loose Fur classic to close the night. This show is not be missed if they roll through your town.
