JACK RUSSELL'S GREAT WHITE IN CONCERT:
Legendary '80s outfit Great White continues to carry the torch for glammed-up hard rock under the name Jack Russell's Great White, performing to sold-out crowds around the country with a rotating lineup that boasts original frontman Jack Russell. The indomitable Russell has surrounded himself with a prodigiously talented group of players, and the band always does justice to favorites like "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" and "House of Broken Love" at their adrenaline-filled live shows. Fans of arena rock looking for an outsized concert experience look no further: Jack Russell's Great White always takes the stage with showmanship and bombast to spare.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Great White formed in Los Angeles in 1977 and initially performed under a variety of monikers including Highway, Livewire, and Dante Fox. After several lineup changes, they hit their stride in the early '80s and changed their name to Great White -- a nod to guitarist Mark Kendall's natural platinum blonde hair and signature all-white stagewear. A debut EP released in 1982 received heavy airplay in Los Angeles, making them local heroes and landing them a record deal with EMI. They released their self-titled debut album on the label in 1984, making their first appearance on the rock chart with the modest hit "Stick It". Mainstream success came with the 1987 release of their third album Once Bitten, a platinum-certified record that contained the Top 10 rock hits "Rock Me" and "Save Your Love". High-profile tours with Whitesnake, Judas Priest, and Dokken continued to fuel their popularity, paving the way for a string of big-selling albums released in the late '80s and early '90s. After a roster shakeup in the early '00s claimed several of the band's longtime members, Jack Russell continued to play the group's classic hits as Jack Russell's Great White. He carries on the band's legacy today, treating ticket buyers to career-spanning sets of Great White's classic hard rock tunes on tour.

Absolutely a fantastic time with Jack Russell’s Great White!!! Always fun and entertaining and memorable!!! Everyone is so nice and they all love their fans!! If you never seen them , please do so you will love them !!! JRGW forever💜💜💜
I want my money back The guy didn't show up!!!! Im mad
The only reason I purchased tickets at $70.00 each was to see and hear jack russell. I purchased tickets the same day of the show. And he has been hospitalized for some time now. This show should have been canceled, and or told other wise that jack Russell would not be performing. What I purchased was a cover band for $70.00 a ticket….TOTAL JIP
Jack Russell killed it and rocked me for 2 hrs straight. He sounds amazing, hasn’t lost any of his range and hit every note as the songs were written. If you get a chance go see him I’m serious this was best show I have seen in a long long time!!! I went to see mark kendall, michael lardie, with Terry Ilous singing a while back. I got tickets not realizing jack wasn’t fronting Kendall. It was like going to see LA Guns without Phil Lewis. Let’s just say it was a shit show be careful of Kendall’s Great White unless your big Lardie/Kendall fans. I say support Jack he is out there giving it 110%. The sound and lighting guys at the The Showroom in the Golden Nugget Casino did an amazing job. I have been to a few shows at this venue this was by far the best yet. The gate and mix was perfect no pops or feedback at all, it was all spot on. The sound guys did a really good job of building up the volume throughout the show and making it feel as though the roof was about to be blown off by the end of the show. This made for a very comfortable experience throughout and an explosive unforgettable ending.
Great show. Great musicians! Jack can still bring it.
Jack Russell has not lost a note. He doesn't have the long hair or the jumping legs all over the stage but he gives 100% on the stage and close your eyes and you are back in the 80's. The band is hard rocking and excellent. A must see show!
This show rocked. There was personal interaction with the crowd and it was so much fun. Security at Golden Nugget Las Vegas showroom wouldn’t let us stand. Who sits at a rock show??? Jack finally came to our defense and we got to stand and dance near the end of the show. I’ll go back to Golden nugget for my 70’s yacht rock fix, but I hope that these boys find a new, rock-friendly venue here next time.
This was an awesome show with familiar music. The band did a meet and greet after the show and they were very gracious.
Jack Russell's Great White at the Golden Nugget showroom was an awesome concert. Tickets were overpriced as always anywhere in Las Vegas. However, Jack can still hit the high notes and it was like taking a time machine back to 1988. This is the only version of Great White, that I personally would spend money to go see live.
The concert was very good. Jack's voice is still very crisp. They were very entertaining. Would recommend others to see them when they come to your town.
Jack Russell's Great White put on an AWESOME show. Couldn't ask for better. Jacks voice was perfect! His band perfect! I'm at a loss of words, can't find the words to describe the experience but AWESOMELY PERFECT starts it. Thank you Jack Russell and Great White!
awesome venue for a very reasonable price -- right up front with the band -- now thats a concern --- bring back the 80's we need more bands that will play the smaller places -- we will always be there
Jack Russell is a badass singer and I always enjoy seeing him performing with great white. He was one of my mom's favorites so whenever he comes to town I make sure to see him for her.
JACK RUSSELL STILL HAS THE BEST VOICE IN ROCK-N-ROLL!
Jack Russells Great White always put on a great show! Saw them Friday night too at The Rose. Great venue and service!
Jack Russell still has his amazing voice. They put on a great performance! The whole band is made up of great musicians. Definitely will see them every time they’re in town.
Jack Russell’s Great White was awesome. Will see him anytime they come to town. The other two bands on the bill were not my favorite.
Sounds great!! Great concert!! It was a fun night. The other 2 bands were also great. Jack Russell puts on a good show. Loved the whole band.
Awesome show took my parents and it took them back to the good old days
