  • The show was awesome!

by Charlene on 3/26/22Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

Christopher Cross was at his best. Especially when he sang his own songs; which i was very pleased to hear. Todd Rungren was also good. Great ideal putting together the best of the best.

  • Just Fantastic!!

by Allie on 3/26/22Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

These guys are great musicians on their own & took us all back to experience an evening with The Beatles. Hearing Hello It’s Me, Sailing & Chicago songs too was just icing on the delicious cake. This was all the music of our shared generation. Thanks for a beautiful dream!!

  • Sound was very much in need of adjustment

by Scotty2Hotty on 3/26/22Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 3 out of 5

Theater has limitations- far left and right seats are Not good for sound Someone needs to do a better job with the placement of the speakers 🔊 The show was awesome but not nearly as good as when i saw them in Bethlehem, PA about a year ago or so The band itself has some awesome talent and i was amazed at all the 75 year olds that flocked to the stage when Todd did his solos

  • great individually not polished together

by sz on 3/26/22Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 3 out of 5

Well we're fans of all the individuals although Christopher Cross was a bit yacht rock for me. Some of the beatle songs were just ok, Norwegian wood [one of my favorites] was heavy handed and really turned me off. Denny Lane was trying to sing wings and did it a real injustice. The guy from Badfinger was not bad, the music was great though. The bass player from Chicago did a great job 25 or 6 24 really rocked, Tod is Tod, he was fantastic doing Tomorrow never knows his own tunes blew me away. It just seamed a bit off like they really need to practice more and some of the players have lost it with age. The drummer was just a basic beat keeper. It was a fun night and we had really good seats but I would not pay for this show again. Tod on the other hand I have followed since the Nazz and I would see him again and again. I hope I,m not to critical but this is hoe I feel

  • FIFTY YEARS AGO...FIFTY YEARS GREAT!

by Marco Polo on 3/26/22Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

I had a front row seat! The band was fabulous. A mixture of two classis Beatle albums AND each band member sang two of their famous songs. Each band member(s) sang a Beatle song that was best suited for them to sing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND music fans to get a ticket.

  • awesome

  • Showcase of Stars doing the Beatles Proud

    by D.R. on 3/24/22Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

This concert featured a lineup of master singers and musicians performing arguably the best two Beatles albums, Revolver and Rubber Soul. Todd Rundgren, Christopher Cross, Jason Scheff (of Chicago), Joey Molland (of Badfinger), and Denny Laine (of the Moody Blues and Wings) put on a top show!

  • Splendid Time!

by H.Memphis Jones on 3/23/22Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

The sound system and the venue sounded great. What a superb lineup, and what a musically entertaining show! I can’t emphasize how emotional my satisfaction was of seeing all these gentlemen still doing so superbly. I could go on and on…

  • Awesome show!

by Shell on 3/23/22Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Such a great show! They harmonize so great together! Love how each is highlighted! The band members are spectacular! I was blessed to get to see Christopher Cross again after just seeing him a couple of months ago for his makeup tour from 2020. He sounded stronger and better than ever! So glad I grabbed tickets for this show!

  • Great performers singing their own music and Beatles music

Took a date, had a ball. Great venue for rock and roll.

  • Nostalgic Concert

by Homer on 3/23/22Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

A great concert for older music featuring the Beatles done by Christopher Cross, Todd Rungren, Denny Laine of The Moody Blues and Wings, Jason Scheff of Chicago and Joey Molland of Bandfinger. Songs sung by each individual artist were also done. Highlight of the evening was "25 or 6 to 4" but all songs were good. The vocals on some of the singers were showing age but not enough to change this concert from being an excellent show. Would recommend!

  • 50 Years Ago Today

by Johnny M on 3/23/22Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 4 out of 5

The show started too early. It was over by 9:15 PM, including an intermission. The performers were excellent. However, the drink prices were not displayed. I, unknowingly beforehand, had to pay $56 for two drinks, which I feel is extremely excessive. Otherwise, a nice venue with a helpful and friendly staff

  • Best show in years!

by nmvimagine on 3/23/22Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Brilliant performance on every level. No nonsense theatrics - straight to the incredible music, little or no BS, and you could sing to every songs executed to precision. Everyone knows how Beatle harmonies are suppose to sound and these guys are all excellent vocalists. They pull it off in rare fashion. GO SEE THIS SHOW!

  • Beatles tribute

    by D. G. on 3/23/22Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Great show! All performers were outstanding and I loved hearing some of their own music. Todd Rundgren really had a great time, too. I like it when a performer seems to enjoy their job. Christopher Cross was wonderful as he always is. I didn't know anything about Jason Scheff, Joey Molland or Denny Laine but I knew the bands they were in. They were really good too. One of the best shows I have seen in awhile. Of course, they were playing great songs from the Beatles but they did the songs justice.

  • really cool and great experience.

Majestic theater has the best attributes to see a performance. This was well ran and flawless. What great musicians. So glad I got to be there.

  • Fun/Nostalgic Evening

by Jody on 3/23/22Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

The Majestic is a great venue for this type of entertainment. The show was fun and the people watching was equally as entertaining. All the musicians were solid though maybe not able to hit some of the notes like they used to but that can be said for most of us who grew up with these songs. The only negative was the parking. A bit of a walk and the hotel did not honor the prepaid parking, so I paid twice. Not that big a deal for nice walk back in time.

  • Almost Perfect!

by Chaaad on 3/23/22Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

When was the last time you went to a concert and knew every single song that was played? Maybe never… Well, you will with this one. Assuming you are familiar with Rubber Soul and Revolver, the other numbers performed were like a “greatest hits” of the performers. Each performer got two songs from their repertoire. That means you got two each from Christopher Cross, Badfinger, Jason Scheff (Chicago), Denny Laine (Moodies and Wings) and Todd Rundgren. The band was good; not the best renditions of any songs, but good ones that you could sing along with. Two slight negatives were (1.) I’m not a huge fan of Jason Scheff’s voice and to use him as a representative of Chicago is a bit of a stretch and (2.) I’m not sure how Badfinger was represented because none of the members were present; nevertheless the band performed their songs admirably. In summary, it was a very enjoyable concert for a boomer to relive the past.

  • Maybe throttle back the vodka

by DungBeatle on 3/23/22Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 3 out of 5

Enjoyed the music, and hats off to the backup band - especially the one dude who was the utility player if the year; percussion, vocals, bass, guitar, keys, 12-string. And Christopher Cross was VERY good all night. But let’s be honest, the quality of the music went from good for the first half, to totally amateurish by the final song. I went mostly to see Todd R, but he was wildly disappointing. He seemed to get more off-key as the evening progressed. By the last few songs, I swear he was annoying everyone on stage. As a musician, I definitely recognized the signs of substance abuse. He spent 1/2 the show off-stage, and each reappearance showed a steady decline. Maybe ease off the juice. We all play buzzed, but getting smashed during a show sucks for everyone except the abuser.

  • Happy I went!

by Ben in Texas on 3/23/22Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

I will be honest - when I made the decision to attend the show, I wasn't entirely sure how much I was going to enjoy it. I really like the Beatles and have seen a few tribute shows. I had never seen Todd Rundgren live so I thought it could be interesting. When the first tune began, it did seem a little bit rough...and I was thinking, man - these guys REALLY show their age....but as the songs continued - so did the experience. As the band played - it seemed everyone got more loose and the talent really began to shine! A couple of the guys who seemed a bit feeble as the show began found their groove and IT WAS AMAZING. I didn't expect for Christopher Cross to be such a good guitarist. I didn't expect to enjoy so many of the non-Beatles tunes. 25 or 6 to 4 brought the house down!!! It was the highlight of the show for me. TL/DR - GREAT SHOW ... GLAD I WENT!

  • Living Legends ROCKED It

by John on 3/23/22Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

We will probably never see these guys all on stage again together like this. This was truly a show for the ages, and honestly, probably THE best sounding show I’ve ever been to. And I work in Live Entertainment as an A1.
