Iowa Speedway Tickets

Another great race at Iowa Speedway. The seats were great, the weather was good, and although our favorite driver didn't win, it was still a wonderful family day. The only negative was waiting in line with our boys for autographs for 90 minutes and not getting them because of the changed format in the lines this year. A real disappointment for young race fans.

The Race was awesome and what a beautiful track, however there needs to be tables and chairs for those who go for earlier events and a vendor who sells water and soda. Standing and walking in 85 + degree weather with no shade and a place to sit was unbelievalbe! Gates didn't open till 1:00pm and some festivities began at 10:00am. I have been to several tracks and this was the only one that didn't offer tents with tables and chairs and refreshments. The general parking needs to be marked in sections so you can find your vehicle . Several elderly people were wandering around in the dark looking for their cars.

This truely is a great event for Iowa, a night race made it even better. I have gone to many races all over the country for years and this ranks near the top. This is my first year at the track and I am planning on making it a annual event.

The race and the track venue were both very good. Would have enjoyed being able to watch the whole race BUT couldn't risk spending the night stuck in those fields. Parking was nothing short of TERRIBLE. Only in Iowa can you end up parking for a national sporting event and have to park in the middle of a ill managed field. Many people struggled to make it through the grass and mud just to get to a parking spot. NO preparation of parking directions...the (hopefully) semi-dry route you took to your spot was NOT the way you were getting out as people parked ANYWHERE they could blocking most of the dry routes out. We actually left the event very early knowing that leaving would be a nightmare. If you couldn't get a run at you exit path,..now add a little dew on the already damp grass...well good luck with that. 4 wheel drive trucks had difficulty keeping from getting stuck in spots prior to the event. Glad we didn't stick around to see how bad it got.

I did not go to the concert...just the Nationwide Race and it was AWESOME! Wish there were better parking accomodations and better accomodations of getting from the parking area to the track and there could be more food vendors to avoid missing the exciting race while having to wait in line...also, it would be nice if bottled water was LESS expensive.

A gorgeous day spent outside tailgating, lots of freaking people and food, as the Iowa Speedway is an awesome race track to go to for sure!!! It is a must experience to have once in your life for sure, so try it out and have some fun!!! Patience needed is a must especially with traffic after race is over... Make sure to enjoy the concerts afterwards and a nice cool drink....it is so much FUN!!!!

The parking was the worst ever.No trams for a ride to the track.Restrooms was allmost non-existent.I went last year and this but will not be going again until they fix the parking problem.Gary Todd

Was a great race. And they fixed the bathroom issue. BUT the parking is the worst thing there. Took us 4 hours to get out of there. And they dont have any parking makers so it makes it hard to find your car. Not sure if i will go back. Fix the parking and it will be a great event. That the only thing they need to fix. We been to other races and nothing like this.

I love the Iowa Speedway! The track is very easy to get around in and plenty to see and do. Lots of great food and and drinks! I also like the fact that the seating is great for viewing the race. The music and fireworks after the race was very Pleasant and a nice ending too the night!

I had a great time at the race, however the parking situation was atrocious. We were required to park in a field that was at least a 2 mile walk to the gate. The long walk was bad enough, but when combined with the 2 hour wait for the line to move at all, it completely ruined what was otherwise a wonderful night.

This is a world class facility that gets better every time you go there. Tailgate, race and post event concert, what more could you ask for.

Very nice arena. Clean. Could use more places to sit while eating or waiting for race. Track cautions were fast as the clean up crew did great job. My bigest complaint is the parking. They need to mark the the lots so its easier to find your vehicle. I spent 45 min trying to find my truck. Very proud of IA Speedway and will return again. Thank You Rusty Wallace for bringing NASCAR to IA

This was an amazing race! Great set up at Newton. This was the first time for both my father and I, it was his father's day gift, and it was wonderful. They ran out of hotdogs for the free hotdogs and soda that we got tickets for. I got mine, but there were several young children behind me in line that didn't get theirs. That was kind of disappointing. When you hand out coupons for that you should make sure you have enough product for that. You needed to get those way before the race began apparently. Otherwise outstanding expereience.

We had never been to the Iowa Speedway before the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race on July 11th 2010. We also got the Fan Walk tickets for this event and I am so glad we did. We were taken by shuttle to the infield and for an hour the garage was open to the fans. I had my picture taken with Richard Childress, Austin Dillon, and Todd Bodine. We got autographs from several other drivers during that hour as well. With just 3 laps left we got up from our seats in the stands and went back to the infield to Victory Lane. We were able to see our driver pull into Victory Lane, watch the ceremony, and get lots of pictures. Afterwards we waited outside during his press confrence hoping to get an autograph. Our time and patients paid off, not only did we get Austin Dillon's autograph on our tickets for the race, but we got pictures taken with him too with noone else in the background!! The Iowa Speedway is an amazing place to be and they sure make it easy for the fans to get up close to their favorite drivers. Being a Dale Earnhardt Sr fan for as long as I can remember, getting my picture taken with Richard Childress and getting his autograph was a dream come true. To top it off, his grandson and my favorite Truck Series driver, won his first race here. His first race was at the Iowa Speedway last year.

Iowa Speedway is awesome and so was the race. even though it rained in the morning it turned out to be a wonderful day. Met alot of fun people too. It was a blast and plan to go next year. We took and couple of friends who have never been to a race and they very much enjoyed themselves. We are going next year and are planning to take a whole new group of people with us. First truck race for us, was kinda disappointed that there were not any stands set up for camping world truck series gear or driver gear. need more stands for the series at the track. Other than that it was a blast.

THAT SPEEDWAY IS DREAM PALACE GREAT FOOD GREAT SEATING 10+ WEEKEND GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE INVOLVED.

This event was better than anticipated. I cannot wait until next year.

Race was good but the concert was on the other end away from the parking Area. Great if it is all adults but we had kids with us and the walk from the parking lot was more than they could handle. Event is trying to milk more cash out of you by offering parking close to the event. That lot was 2/3 rds empty and they park you a mile away so you can walk past all the empty parking spots on your way in. Did not see the concert which put a negative to a good day.

One of the best NASCAR races i've been to in years

This was a great race with lots of action, a great crowd, and all happening at a great facility. The only thing I would have changed about this whole experience is, well, nothing except the prices for concessions are pretty steep.
