    Been waiting years!!!

by Tanya of Cleveland on 6/12/23The Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre - Detroit

First of All...I have been waiting for over 15 years to see Incognito. I thought I was going to need to get a passport to see them! I purchased tickets to see them with Maysa after COVID year, but cancelled my attendance after Incognito cancelled (even though I love Maysa and Jonathan Butler, who replaced Incognito at that concert). I was so happy and I even shared a few tears of pure joy when they sang Shade of Blue. I truly enjoyed the experience!!!!! Mike Phillips...my second time seeing him, as I had seen him post COVID in May 2021 with Hubb's Groove. I was impressed with him then and I was definitely impressed this time around as well. He definitely needs to headline his own show! He really involves the crowd and makes everything lively! Thank you M. Phillips! And Thank you Incognito! It was truly a pleasure.

    Drinks Too Expensive

by Diva1908 on 6/11/23The Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre - Detroit

Your drinks are too expensive. One tiny bottle of wine is $12. You can get a 4 pack at the grocery store for $7.99. Never again. Also, your blue drink machines were broken and your bar stations didn’t have ice when the venue opened. Do better at prepping your stations. Finally, $5 for a snack bag of chips is ridiculous. What a ripoff. Four cups of wine and 4 bags of chips cost $70. Never again….. I’ll be sure to eat before I come to your venue.

    The Aretha Amphitheater

by Ursula on 6/10/23The Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre - Detroit

The concert was great. The last time I was at this venue I remember that the sound system was all messed up. Well they must have gotten a new one because the sounds we're right on point. I got tickets for more concerts at the Aretha after the experience.

    Great Experience

by TJ on 6/10/23The Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre - Detroit

The concert was awesome to Mike opening up to Incognito closing the show. The 3 singers were amazing especially the guy. I didn’t realize that Incognito is so rich with teaching and educating their audience. I loved it.

    Fantastic

by Faurocious on 6/7/23Hard Rock Live Northern Indiana - Gary

Despite a delay due to technical problems that took about an hour to fix, the fantastic performance by both Loose Ends and Incognito made it well worth the wait. Best of all was the surprise appearance of Maysa who once again blessed us with an amazing performance.

    Sound

by Ms. Mack on 6/6/23Hard Rock Live Northern Indiana - Gary

The experience of this concert was diminished due to the sound. The microphones for the background singers were overly loud and that distorted the vocals. I was sitting behind the sound board and the operator did nothing to alter the sound, (like balancing the microphones).

    Jazz Funk and Beautiful Soul

by Matteo on 6/6/23Hard Rock Live Northern Indiana - Gary

I sat fifth-row center and I really enjoyed seeing Bluey, Maysa, and the whole group. The musical performances and uplifting nature of the whole show were enriching and inspirational as always. The sound mix/acoustics of this venue are awful. In the future, I will go elsewhere to see a show. When an artist of this caliber complains about the sound during the show, you know it is bad. Do better Hard Rock Casino.

    Familial songs

by MizTee on 6/6/23Hard Rock Live Northern Indiana - Gary

Loose Ends was great. Their songs took me back! So enjoyed them singing all the favorites, Mr. Bachelor, You Can’t Stop The Rain, Slow Down. Incognito was the best. There is no Incognito without Maysa. It was a joy to see her with her old group since she’s now solo! I truly enjoyed, Deep Waters, Still A Friend Of Mine, Shade of Blue. I had a great time. Maysa and Jane Eugene’s voices are distinctive when you hear them.

    Incognito/Loose Ends

by Sheila H. on 6/6/23Hard Rock Live Northern Indiana - Gary

Enjoyed both shows. I love Loose Ends since the 80-90's. Finally got a chance to see them perform all their hit songs. Even got a photo with guy group member as he blessed the audience with his presence. Thx.
