The Box Office is only open on show days. The window will open 2 hours prior to door time. Doors open 1 hour prior to showtime. This is subject to change depending on the event organizer.
House of Blues Dallas is a cashless venue. The box office accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Contactless (tap) payment is accepted at the box office window.
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office when they open, 2 hours prior to Door Time. Customer must present their photo ID and confirmation number.
There is no on-site parking at House of Blues Dallas, however, we have partnered with ParkWhiz to offer easy and reliable options in the area. Paid parking fills up quickly, so we recommend using The DART Rail system, Rideshare, or other transportation when possible.
House of Blues Dallas is an ADA accessible venue. Accessible tickets are available for purchase online through Ticketmaster or Live Nation or in person at the box office.
