Holiday Face-Off Tickets

As always, a great little celebration of Badgers hockey in Milwaukee.....but there was a small, trivial problem! The Kwik Trip sponsored trivia segment had a grave error! "How many teams did the original NHL have?" The original NHL had four teams (and by the end of that inaugural season, 3.) Not six! They're spitting on the graves of Joe Malone and Georges Vezina! Get it right, you corporate bozos... Glad the contestant still got the prize pack, though!

A very well organized hockey tournament. 4 really good hockey games and a lot of fun. My first time attending and I joined four other friends from around the country to support our Alma Mater, Alaska Fairbanks. Our only complaint was that it was sponsored by Kwik Trip but there was no Kwik Trip concessions to buy the stuff they advertised.

Not sure why attendance is so low. Was an exciting game! Milwaukee claims to be a hockey town, but nobody ever shows up. Only complaint is a cold cheeseburger from the concession stand.

Fiserv Forum is a beautiful facility. It was clean and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were there for a sporting event. The only complaint was the cost of parking, cost of drinks and food.

I love attending this event over the holidays and will continue to do so, but continue to be perplexed by all of the missed opportunities to attract attendees. Fiserv only has limited concessions (most not that great), closes ALL Bucks team stores, and the promo group does not sell ANY WI swag. Why not sell something related to the Face-Off? Why isn’t more done to get local students to attend (I get they are on Winter Break, but plenty live in the MKE Metro Area). Year after year, I find all the missed opportunities (if only to make money and encourage ppl to return to Fiserv) so confusing…

Fiserv is a great place for hockey. I wish there was more! I'll be back next year!

The Kwik trip Holiday Hockey face off was a great experience. The tickets were a present and we will be asking for tickets next year! Parking was free near MSOE and short walk to Fiserv Forum. Restaurants/ Bars and pub food open and we stopped in for food before the game. Fiserv did have several venues for food and beverages open as well. Great seats, great hockey crowd ! Go Badgers!

The concession stands operations should be changed. No personal interaction and some confusion in getting items. When there was interaction, it was not friendly for the most part. My family and I felt frustration when leaving the concession stand. Soda was not cold and was not able to keep bottle tops?

This is my 3rd year attending the face off at the Fisrv. Great hockey and that's the only thing keeping me coming back. The over priced food that was subpar for it's quality. Very few choices in food and I'm really tired of soaked buns and lack of taste. The only good place was the BBQ shop. They made your sandwich fresh and it was very good. Please improve the quality of your food and the choices. Thanks
