  • Need attendance

by Squirt on 12/31/24Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 3 out of 5

The tourny was very fun. But there needs to be a way to bring in more fans. Closer competition? Old rivalries (north dakota- mich tech-duluth-mankato etc...) also i understand using the same dates but a weekend is always better for most people. Next year is sunday/monday. I am assuming attendence will take another small hit. Then monday/tuesday--- same thing. Best days would be thursday thru saturday. And old rivals will help. Thanks

  • Lack of food options

by BlakeG on 1/2/24Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 3 out of 5

If the fiserv is going to host a tournament, they should really have all food vendors open

  • Music was more like a hockey game!

    by Big Ca$ino on 1/1/24Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

This tournament in earlier years had a non hockey vibe. It was more like a Bucks game. Now it was more like a college hockey tournament. Suggestions: "I wanna drive a Zamboni", "Cotton-eye Joe" Just some ideas...

  • Bring back Miller products

Had great seats. Enjoyed the games and days in Milwaukee.

  • Games were good, but the atmosphere needs help

by Great, but Not The Kohl Center on 1/1/24Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 4 out of 5

I am a long time season ticket holder for UW Hockey and I have been a fan for most of my life. The games themselves were great and it is fantastic to have winter college hockey back in Milwaukee. I think that the announcements and other extracurricular fan activities during the games could use a little touch of Madison. Spend 5 minutes at a Badger home game and you will know what I mean. Wind or lose you will have a great time at any game in Madison just watching the crowd. That's MHO

  • Not Quite a Tournament Experience

by Mike on 1/1/24Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 4 out of 5

Good college hockey at a nice venue, but still staged and marketed like four individual games. To get good seats, had to buy individual dates, as the tournament packages were all relegated to the corners from the get go. Limited concessions, and for a holiday tournament where kids are out of school, no ice cream, or kid oriented snacks or activities available. No merchandise, which seems especially odd at a tournament sponsored by a retail chain. All of the specialty food venues were closed, and there was no coffee to be found. Had to watch repeated adds for "delicious Kwik Trip fried chicken"and then settle for run of the mill stadium food (bring some in to sell maybe?). Don't get me wrong, I'll go again, but for a marketing savvy outfit like Kwik Trip, the event experience still falls a little short.

  • FANTASTIC

by Cheesecurds on 12/31/23Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

My wife and I are avid hockey/Badger fans. We very much enjoyed the Kwik Trip Holiday Face-Off. The Fiserv Forum is a wonderful venue. Easy to get to. Easy to get around inside. The digital tickets were hassel free. The seats are the most comfortable we have ever sat in. Consessions are expensive, but easy to use. The staff at Fiserv are respectful and courteous. The only disappointment was that no Holiday Face-Off merchandise was available for purchase. We will attend again in the future.

  • Fiserv great venue

by Larry on 12/31/23Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

Fiserv is a great venue to see a game. Easy to navigate and good seats everywhere in the house.

  • Great Hockey!

by Bret on 1/1/23Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 4 out of 5

Great games and nice seating set up. Would have been nice to see a few more options for food

  • Holiday face-off

by Joe on 1/1/23Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 3 out of 5

First off the hockey was fantastic!! As far as the location at the Fiserv. Not impressed. I normally carry a small flashlight with me every day. It is not a laser pointer. I was denied entry due to the flashlight. I had to walk back to my car, about a mile round trip. The food and drink highly overpriced for the quality. Im hoping they will be back at the arena next year

  • Good old time

by The Don on 1/1/23Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

Great seats. Good action. The taxes was more then the actual ticket. Good beer

  • Lots of room for improvement

by Jeff on 12/31/22Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 2 out of 5

No merchandise was available to commemorate the event. Concessions were subpar and outrageously overpriced. Almost zero fan interaction during intermission. Wasn't the idea of bringing college hockey to Milwaukee to grow the sport?? There's lots of room for improvement on all levels for the fan experience. Kwik Trip is known for friendliness, quality, convenience and affordability. None of those things were in practice at this event. They should be embarrassed to support any of this.

  • Excellent night with youngest son!

by Mr Mike on 12/31/22Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

Youngest son attended as "stand-in arm candy" (his words, not mine) since Mom was called into work! Had a great time, great hockey, amenities were typical fare with typical prices. Had an issue with seating but an excellent pair of ushers offered an alternative that would be hard to beat. They offered pleasant conversation while making the switch and checked on us often. It was like having personal assistants, the kid loved every minute! Only negative was no team swag available anywhere nearby. Ready for next year!

  • Mediocre Support & Enthusiasm

by Stanley Manley on 12/31/22Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 4 out of 5

The event needed more juice. I don’t know if the tourney was weakly advertised or what. I would have expected a better turnout. I know the Badgers are down again 1-9 in BG10. Tickets were reasonable, but perhaps more inexpensive General Admission areas. Promote more to Badger Hockey fans through email or something. If I was a regular fan I would not have known about it. Milwaukee’s a fun town with plenty of Pre-game bars to go to. Advertise as a x-mas break get away with overnight stays/pkgs. get more flyers info to opponent team fans somehow. Social Media promotion. Need to fill it up & make sure it’s an experience, once they go once they’ll be back if normal energy is right.

  • Awesome!

    by Jmbk65 on 12/31/22Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

The holiday face-off was an excellent tournament/event. Nice to see the seasonal tournament back in Milwaukee. Wish there would have been merch available for the Badgers. In the olden days you had a ton of merchandise to buy and included tournament pins that we could collect. Looking forward to making this a holiday tradition!

  • Holiday face-off

by Gohrby on 1/2/22Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 3 out of 5

Venue and hockey game 5 stars. The burger they serve for $15, -5 stars. I cant believe Sobelmans wants their name associated with that food. It had everything you don't want... dry, hard, cold, tasteless, pre-cooked who knows when. It made me sad.

  • Family Hockey Night

by Windawg on 1/1/22Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

Great Family Atmosphere and an amazing venue. I was able to hear a family member speak to me three seats away despite my hearing loss

  • Lots of fun at hockey tournament!

by Jenny on 1/1/22Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

My friend and I went to the Kwik Trip Inaugural hockey tournament 12/28 & 29. We thought it was very well organized with the right amount of time between games. We had great seats, about the same sightline as at the Kohl Center. The employees at Firserv were helpful and friendly. A young man who was an usher near our seats was particularly friendly and very enthusiastic about the Badger games. He was fun to interact with. We definitely hope to attend next year if another tournament is planned. The only complaint we had was the very loud music that played too frequently. A variety of music would also be better as not everyone prefers that kind.

  • The event was good and fun. Great place to watch hockey

by Sco on 1/1/22Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 3 out of 5

Would have been better if the forum prices on food and beverages were affixes more to college set prices rather than NBA type astronomical pricing. Venue wAs a great place to watch a college hockey game.

  • College Hockey

    by R. S. on 1/1/22Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

Great College Hockey at a reasonable price in a beautiful venue
