The game, arena, concessions -- all good. The seats we had were terrible. They were broken - they were not attached to the floor so they moved around. The seats slanted down - like trying to sit on a sliding board. Uncomfortable, plus they seemed much lower than other seats -- so that your knees were at your chin. I sat in other seats in the same section and they were fine.
Fantastic hockey. Friendly vibe in the arena. Easy getting in and out of the parking area.
We had a great time at the game with our 6 year old and 4 month old. Parking was easy, seats were great, game was fun!

Nice place to watch a hockey game every seat is a good one. $15 dollars to park is crazy almost more then a ticket. Beer is $11 and like always the food is too expensive.
First time using cell phone with tickets. Hersheypark check in was good with helpful people.
Always a great time! Even though my team lost it was still fun. Staff is very friendly. Concessions are tasty. Terrific value.
It was great watching the Hershey Bears win. I really liked getting the Reese's t-shirts. It would be nice to have them in a variety of sizes including xxl sizes.
The seats were amazing the ushers are so nice and the arena is so rich with history overall a 10 out of 10 experience
It was a wonderful event to attend on a Saturday night and very family friendly. They do a great job of keeping you entertained between periods. Great bang for your buck.
The whole team played great however Hershey' goalie played an outstanding game, he made some increbible saves.

My family has attended Bears for years and we love it! They never disappoint. The Bears won that evening and even the Calder Cup this year! Go Bears!!!
The game was entertaining. The level of skill is close to that of NHL. The vibe in the stadium was fun! Can't wait to go again next season!

The Giant Center is a great facility for hockey. Not a bad seat in the house and the crowd is always charged up and very friendly. Food is pretty good, nothing to write home about. Lines at concession look long, but move quickly.
Best game I ever got to watch. 5th game in Calder cup finals, tied series at 2-2, and bears won in overtime! Such a great atmosphere! The giant center is one of the best arenas.
Going through security is a normal part of going to a sports venue. But on this particular instance I dealt with someone from security that was rude and a little bit gruff. I always carry a clear plastic bag that I bring for security. It is about the size of a small grocery bag. He instructed to me that it was too big and stated to me that it had to be the size of about a gallon size bag. This is way to small for anyone. I have had no issues bringing it in to games in Syracuse, Rochester, Wilkes-Barre Scranton, Utica and Bridgeport. After I took all of the items out, without asking me if I wanted to take it back to my car. He proceeded to throw it out in the trash.
The overall stadium experience was great the fans were amazing the game was amazing everything was great except for the seats themselves they were just uncomfortable in general the arms for the seats can get pushed up to get them out of the way but they don't go up all the way they just go up some of the way so they still dig into you if you're a bit and I'll admit I'm a big guy but even my skinny friend was complaining about the arm rests I'm at Wilkes-Barre penguins guy just because I live in the area and their seats are a million times better and the funny thing is they had seats from 1936 when the stadium was originally created over by the entrance and those seats were way more comfortable to sit in then the current seats they have now And you can tell they shaved off two or three inches off every seat to cram in an extra seat or two in every row compared to the old seats Packed stadium of 10,869 I don't think that's something you should be proud of and I will say while we were all waiting in the line to get a souvenir from the shop everyone was taking a seat in the old seats and complaining about the current seats
Great venue, helpful staff. Quick entry. Would work on after event parking exit but overall a good experience.
