Game #4 of 2023 Calder Cup Finals was an awesome experience...And we won!!! I think my daughter had a better time than all other Capitals games she's been too!! The 1 1/2 hour trip to Hershey for the game was SO worth it!! Can't wait for next season to go to some regular season games!!! And is MUCH cheaper than a CAPS game🤑 Although, Caps will remain 1st in my heart😉 Atmosphere & the fans were awesome!!! A++++

Love the Giant Center and the Hershey Bears games. Great to see the Bears winning and lively crowd. A little issues with the sound symptom, not so sure about their music choices at times. But they have good food choices (would like some none fried foods if possible), very friendly employees working at all levels (concession stands, store, toll booth and the ushers/security at the entrance to the arena. I do dislike crumpy fans though, especially those sitting in the end seats and have grumpy attitudes when you need to get in and out of the aisle. I personally have end seats for the regular season ticket plan, and love chatting with the people coming in and out of the row

Best franchise in the AHL, Bears games are a great experience for a very reasonable price.

Giant Center is nicely designed, but a bit antiquated. The concession area is quite cramped; many long lines EVEN for the soda machine. Not enough restrooms. And the arena security act like the Gestapo. Not really fan friendly. At the game, the crowd (despite the above) was very enthusiastic and love the Bears and show it. Unfortunately, the Giant Center management don't reciprocate back to the fans.

We grabbed a cheesesteak and headed for our seats! We got our Bears towels on our seats and started cheering. It was a very positive, fun, family environment. Thanks for the win, Bears!! 😃

Ordered & received tickets in a timely manner. Wanted “ Will Call” but sent to phone. Pretty easy to access on phone, but next time due to overcrowded network I will download to my phone. It took forever to get online access to my account to get the phone tickets.

Bears hockey never fails to give you an exciting night. Place was rock in’, parking is easy, concessions have great variety, seats give a great view of the action wherever you sit. Love the place and the Bears make it thrilling. 2 more wins to the cup!!!

Everything was fantastic plus the ushers go well over and beyond what is customary being a disabled vet their helps was incredible plus Hershey recognizes vets every game!!!

This was a great game. My granddaughter has realized that she likes hockey and she attended 3 regular season games and game three of the Calder Cup. It was a fun night.

Was going to be passing through, saw Calder Cup game set, got tickets and room, awesome!!!

Everything was great, the only thing I would want would be lower ticket prices!

We enjoyed the atomsphere of the arena. We sat next to Coachella fans, very nice people. Let's go BEARS!!

While are seats were pretty high up, we were able to see all of the action of the game. It was a great game!
