The game was good and our seats were pretty close to the ice!

Going to the Giant Center is always great. The GIant Center is a state of the art venue, and even parking arrangements for a large crowd are good. The only complaint I have was my seat. The seating chart did not show that I sat at in front of a stairway and next to the handicap seating area. (Not that sitting next to the handicap area is a problem, but people who sit in the surrounding sections use their bathroom!) During the entire game I was forced to get up and down for people who wanted to pass. My view of the rink was slightly blocked due to the railing that surrounds the handicap area. This was my worst experience in over 10 years.

Great seats. Great soft pretzels. Great fun for kids and adults.

Very nice arena for an AHL game. Only negative is that the refreshments/ food are the same price as seeing a NHL game!

Excellent seats, there might not be a bad seat in the house. Enjoyed the game and the food was excellent.

The entire game these little brats kicked the back of my chair. The father just let them do whatever they wanted. They dropped popcorn on us. Father of the year bought them those damn black horns...instead of pointing them up in the air, they would blow them directly at the back of my head. I turned around countless times to get them to stop...the dad saw me each time and yet did nothing. These kids ruined the game for me. It was incredibly annoying. I understand that kids will be kids, but this dad lets his brats get out of control. At one point I wanted to throw the horns (and the kids) onto the ice.

The overall event was good but the communication with the fans was not. There was a delay while they fixed the ice surface but only made one announcement that it would take ten minutes to fixed. It took about 45 minutes and no announcement was made to the crowd after the first.

It's always fun going to a Hershey Bears game. It would've been the perfect night if they won. But we got free hockey in overtime. B E A R S Bears, Bears, Bears!

Great value at a good price. The arena staff is friendly and accomodating, the facility clean, and allows plenty of chances for fan involvement. Parking is close and reasonable. After-game autograph session made a 4 year-old a hockey fan for life. While the scoreboard graphics and video was good, the sound was difficult to hear and understand.

this was my first hockey game, and i loved it! the stadium is very clean,a dn nice. the food selections were amazing! the best stadium food i have ever eater. and the seating areas outside, around the concession areas were a great touch!

This game was one of the best Bears games that I have ever been to! The crowd was inredible...it was a great night! All the players were fired up and I loved it! B-E-A-R-S...BEARS!

Good value, skil of players, quality of venue, and production close to NHL quality.

the game was pretty awesome! i completely forgot how much fun ice hockey games are, i'd deff go again! the best part was the 5 minute long fight, totally had me pumped! thanks guys for a great game

This was a great game (Bears won). Watching AHL hockey, in a smaller venue, is different than NHL--more close up and personal. I'm still a Capitals fan, but I'd definitely go to see the Bears again. Costs much less, too.

Yes, they lost pretty badly...however, this was our first game and it was wonderful! Beautiful stadium, felt like being at an NHL game....wish we were closer, we'd go all the time. Loved it, great family event. Though try to resist getting the horns from the gift shop, your kids will annoy you :)

This was a fantastic game- and an usher was nice enough to take us to better seats with an unobstructed view.

The game was great. Good seats for the price. Sure we weren't right behind the glass but we had an awesome view of the entire ice and never missed an exciting moment. It was unfortunate that the bears were shutout and lost but it happens. You can't be perfect all the time but back to back calder cups is always nice.

Well the place was great like usual but the team sucked.. The Hershey Bears did not even put up a fight. I mean yes they had games this whole weekend but what the hell.. You practically handed them the win. I've been to two other games so this wouldn't be my first. Next time I go (which should be soon) the better use something to win the game instead of helping the other team..
