Hershey Bears hockey is a great way to spend time with family and friends. There is a lot of excitement from 10,000 fans attending the game.
I was disappointed that the game wasnāt cancelled due to snow. If Hershey cared about their fans, they would have cancelled rather than risk their lives. So, I was out a bit of money for 12 people.
Already a season ticketholder for bears bit wanted to add additional game process was easy and not bad price wise.
Was skeptical about the use of Apple Wallet for the download of my tickets and Parking pass, but I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and easy access was to the arena!!
That is outrageously overpriced just to park after paying so much for the tickets.
Always enjoy going to a Bears Hockey game. Itās a great family experience and The Giant Center doesnāt disappoint.
My husband takes a medical bag to the game because he has complete incompetence. He must use adult disposal underwear and carries them in his bag. When they checked his bag they asked him to remove them from the bag. How embarrassing for everyone to see. I am aware of the safety issues but how about saving some of my husband 's dignity. This could have been handled in a more discrete manner.
Would be nice to know before I drop $150 per seat to know that thereās a nice pole in my face blocking center ice. But donāt worry, everyone around me enjoyed it. My first time sitting down on the glass and thereās a pole in my way. What a waste. Iāll go to the Flyers instead, itās closer than the Caps.
Took grandchildren! They had fun and met other kids! The lunchbox give away was nice. Wished there were more things/bargains for the children. Free drink and/or half priced hot dogs! Go Bears!
at an affordable price. We really enjoy the atmosphere and on ice action.
It was a great experience. I will delighted to use ticketmaster again.
The Hershey Bears Team never ceases to disappoint as a great hockey team and exciting event for the family. I was also extremely impressed by the overwhelmingly friendly and helpful staff working at the GIANT Center during the game. As a family-oriented event, Hershey Bears games are a go-to for me and my family! So much so, that I have made this event my destination travelling in, with my family, from Pittsburgh. Go Bears!
$35 for parking! Everything is way overpriced for a minor league hockey game. Outrageous!
Parking price outrageous. paid $20.00 last year, was shocked when the attendant said $35.00. This to me is just pure greed! Since we arrived early, we decided to eat. The cost for 2 pulled pork sandwiches, 1 small fry, and 1 small soda was over $43.00! The pulled pork was way too smoky, the fries were very greasy and limp. It was easily the worst food i have ever had at any arena! Then, we had to hear those annoying horns that aren't good for your ears when blown over your head. The only good thing about this game was that the Penguins beat the Bears, 1-0. LET'S GO PENS!
Difficulty with credit card, but once we got that figured out, great seats, parking pass and no GameDay issues.
I loved the way that they played the Christmas music as an intro to the Bears coming out.
Great tickets! Hershey Bears need to update entry system to a much more user friendly one. We had to upload barcode. We couldnāt use tap and go.
Having been a Caps season ticket holder for 20+ years, my wife and I decided to do an overnight trip to Hershey and watch the Bears. It was a great time !! The fans were spot on in their support for the team and the game. It was comfortable and we are already planning another trip back. It was my first trip their for a game and my wife's first visit since the early 1970's, before the Giant Center was built. It is a very nice and comfortable arena !!!
The cost is out of control. 4 tickets were about $185, parking, $10 food and drinks about $95. Prices for items the store were very high. Thermal mugs $80-$90, a big toy necklace made of plastic $39.99.
