  • Good Game

by Frock on 11/12/25GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 4 out of 5

Seats were great. It was a good game overall, everyone was just playing super defensive so not the most excitement I’ve scene. Regardless Bears got the win so GO BEARS!

  • Very nice!

by Chris on 10/28/25GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

Arena was not as cold as I expected. Seating was reasonably priced and there were decent food and drink options. I was very entertained and will certainly be back!

  • Horrible

by HOCKEY on 10/22/25GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 1 out of 5

Worst fans in the AHL, they are very ignorant and obnoxious. Always hear they have the best fans but I tend to differ.

  • Great experience

Very smooth purchase from start to end. Quick response. Love the mobile pass for parking.

  • Nice arena.

First, buy parking in advance. I paid $35 to park and I could have paid $25 if I bought a pass in advance on pine. Either price is ridiculous for an ahl game. Second, their bag policy is a joke. I attend over 100 sporting events a year and carry in the same clear plastic bag to every venue with no issue. Their clear bag size limit is 8"-5"-1". What can you carry in a 1"wide bag? All I had in it was my phone and she said it was not allowed. It was raining out and i wanted to take my rain jacket off once I got inside and just carry it in my bag. I had to just throw the bag away because it was a better option than walking a quarter mile back to my car. So they do not have a standard clear bag policy like 99% of the other venues in the US. The arena is very nice with good seating and sight lines. Concourse area is very congested from the 1-1/2 hour before the game when they let you in all the way thru the end of the game. Long lines to get into the team store, concessions and bathrooms. Concession pricing in my opinion was reasonable and in line with other like venues. Free roster/program, which is nice. Overall, it is a great place and I recommend all hockey fans to see a Hershey bears game.

  • It was a Great Game to win the series.

by Duke on 5/14/25GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

The game was intense and a must win in the best of 5 games. Was glad to be able to get my tickets for the next series towards The Calder Cup.

  • Phenomenal

by Jessica on 5/14/25GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

Game 5 was intense!! In a winner take all matchup, the Hershey Bears came out of the gate strong. The entire Giant Center was electric and you could feel intensity in the air. #letsgobears #dontpokethebear

  • Experience

by Pahocenutz on 5/5/25GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 4 out of 5

For all the Hershey Bears are a great team to watch, however, the stadium itself is okay. The seats in the 200 level are very steep and the overall ring itself is very tight. However again that would not stop me from going to the stadium

  • GO BEARS

by Rich on 5/5/25GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

Bears were in the game but not controlling the game. Playing for the third Calder Cup in a row is reason enough to support them.
