Great venue with tons of history! The show was brilliant, funny and full of some class skills. Perfect end to a perfect visit to NYC.
Kids enjoyed it, but wasn’t the most entertaining and I didn’t see the value for the cost of the seats.
Took my 12 yr old grandson who loves basketball and thought we’d have a fun day trip. Neither he nor I enjoyed to show. It was too much silly comedy and not enough trick shots, tricks or a real game. It was a “let them pretend to tie the game, then let them win” kind of game. If I hadn’t spent so much for tickets we would have left by halftime. Would not recommend for older kids, but I’m sure the younger ones under 10 would probably enjoy it.
This was my first time seeing the Harlem Globetrotters and I was not disappointed! Very fun and entertaining to watch. The players themselves are already energetic but with the crowd participation- takes it up a notch!! Then when you add the DJ playing the best hype music, it makes for a great show overall!!! Everyone should experience the Harlem Globetrotters at least once in their lifetime!
I really loved seeing the Globetrotters in person. I've been a fan since the 1960s, but I had just watched them on TV. My husband purchased our tickets for my birthday! We had handicapped accessible seats. The only problem that we had was that in that area, the seats were placed too close together. Otherwise, we enjoyed the event.
Great afternoon of entertainment. Very funny & enjoyable.
We came to see the Harlem Globetrotters for my sons birthday and we enjoyed every minute. Even got his ball signed by the team. Definitely going back to another game.
My Grandsons had so much fun! The oldest likes Moose he made him laugh a lot. My only disappointment was that they only get 30 minutes for the Magic Pass, only got to participate two of the events.
This was our first time watching the Harlem Globe Trotters. We really loved it, especially the half time performance by team mascot, Globie, AKA Big G. It's a great family experience and everyone will enjoy it.
Great experience. Everyone did an amazing job. All the athletes were so friendly and great with the kids. I would def go back again
I was disappointed, it was a staged basketball game. Instead of the tricks that they used to do.
Show was pretty neat. Sound system was terrible and we couldn't understand 90% of what was being said. So made ot pretty frustrating for the whole show.
Have wanted to see them live, since childhood, and they were very entertaining.
This was so much fun! My daughter and I had a blast.
Excellent show and every child focused. The only draw back was that I had to buy a seat for my toddler and she was too small to sit alone.
Got there when the doors were supposed to open at 1:00. Found our group of 6 was being locked out in the cold (literally!!) because they would not let us in until 2. We had to walk all the way back to our car to keep from freezing to death, and then walk back in the cold when they finally did start letting us in. The program itself was good.
It was a good show. My grandchildren really enjoyed it. They definitely aren't the same group as "back in the day"with Meadowlark Lemon and that group. I was totally unimpressed with the 30 minute on the floor thing I purchased for my 3 grandchildren. I thought they were going to REALLY interact with the team - not stand in long lines to get autographs. It made it sound like they would be playing on the floor with them. I probably won't buy tickets again - it just wasn't what I thought it would be.
The game - or more of a circus spectacle- is fantastic with tons of fun and funny moments. On top of the indisputable athleticism, the players and the crew (ref, announcer, DJ, mascot, etc) are pure clowns
Had a great time at the show. The Harlem Globetrotters were awesome. The basketball play and energy were next level. The kids were excited and engaged the whole time.
This show is not for everyone and aimed squarely at very young children under 7-8 years old. It is like a pantomime and not exhibition basketball. Way over priced for what it is.
