  • accommodations lack comfort

by TammyJ on 6/26/24Pine Knob Music Theatre - ClarkstonRating: 1 out of 5

The concert was fantastic, the pavilion was insanely uncomfortable due to the heat and no airflow. If only you would take some of the profits and add some fans in the pavilion it would make it a better experience. I will definitely look for alternative venues when going to another concert. I was so uncomfortable that I could not sit in my seat for 80% of the concert. There was no airflow and my water was even warm three minutes after purchasing it.

  • First time Experience with Hank

by matman01 on 6/25/24Pine Knob Music Theatre - ClarkstonRating: 5 out of 5

This year, I really got into Hank's music like never before. I like him through the years but 2024 had me buying his items. When his concert was announced, there was no doubt that I was getting tickets. Not knowing what to expect, I went with an open mind. Hank put on one heck of a show. people from all ages were just enjoying the evening as he belted out his hits. Him and his band were very impressive and he improvised the way that only Hank could do with some of his tunes (just having fun). he never really stopped...he was continuous the whole set. Sure glad I went and if he comes back to Metro Detroit, I will see him again and again!

  • Not So Much

by KaranT on 6/25/24Blossom Music Center - Cuyahoga FallsRating: 1 out of 5

For starters, the weather was extremely hot and humid, and very unbearable and uncomfortable the entire time. Bands were on time but Marty Stuart's concert was not projected up on the large screen so you could see all that was happening. What a disappointment! Hank Jr is still the best but you could tell the heat was getting to them as well. We left after Hank Jr played about 5 songs as it was just too much. We were cooked! People being carried away in stretchers and needing medical attention; definitely not worth the money all the way around.

  • Hank Williams Jr.

by ras on 6/25/24Pine Knob Music Theatre - ClarkstonRating: 2 out of 5

no encore, Hank only played for one hour. The lights came on at approximately 10 after 10. I will never purchase tickets to see Hank Williams, Jr. ever again. the hour he gave us was good, just way too short for all the effort it takes to come to a Concert Plus the cost of a ticket absolutely not worth it. The warm-up bands played longer.

  • So fun

by Andrea on 6/25/24Pine Knob Music Theatre - ClarkstonRating: 5 out of 5

It was so amazing seeing Hank Jr. (and Marty Stuart) live. I grew up listening to Hank Jr. so it was definitely a full circle moment for me.

  • Just okay

by Sue on 6/25/24Pine Knob Music Theatre - ClarkstonRating: 3 out of 5

Huge crowd. Great people watching. Lots of cowboy boots and hats. People came for a good time. Never got the name of the first warm up band. Marty Stewart’s band was tight. Really the best act of the night. Too much fuzz and too much volume distorted Hank. He only played about an hour.

  • Great show.

by Tdc22 on 6/25/24Pine Knob Music Theatre - ClarkstonRating: 5 out of 5

Great show but could have been a little longer. And I would have loved to see Hank & Marty do a couple songs together.

  • Not what it used to be

by Old hippie on 6/25/24Pine Knob Music Theatre - ClarkstonRating: 2 out of 5

Last time for me. Spent more time bragging about accomplishments and just when the crowd was getting into it, it was over, like a summer storm with no encore.

  • Marty and Hank *****

  • Worst concert ever!

by ClarkstonFan on 6/25/24Pine Knob Music Theatre - ClarkstonRating: 1 out of 5

Was so disappointed in this concert. First time seeing HWJr and it was a total let down. Sound system was terrible - we could not hear anything he was saying nor could we make out what songs he was signing. On top of that the show was too short - finished a little after 10pm and no encore! Such a disappointment and let down!

Hank Williams Jr. has proved again that he’s an incredible artist. Watching him play every instrument was a great show by itself. The only thing I regret is I didn’t buy a concert shirt.
