    Great concert

by Ggp on 4/23/24Brookshire Grocery Arena - Bossier City

Great concert but they need to fix traffic, it was hard to get out of handicap section took us over 45 minutes to even start to move people were getting rude with each other and the other side was gone!

    Good concert

by Gail on 4/23/24Brookshire Grocery Arena - Bossier City

I thought the lady (forgot her name) was good at the start. Neil was funny and entertaining and I enjoyed hearing his old hits. Jr. was awesome and I love the acoustic part that he did alone. The venue is nice but geez the steps are so stinking steep. I won tickets so I sat up in 202. I have never done that before. I know why now. Beer and food is way over priced but expected. Hopefully when we get a change in government the ticket prices and food prices will go back down so everyone can afford to go.

    Wish I had money back

by Row on 4/23/24Brookshire Grocery Arena - Bossier City

Music way to loud. Couldn't hear words on numerous songs. Cursing by acts turned me off. Was not appropriate. Seat leg space very bad. By time Hank, jr came on, my legs were killing me. Bright spot was opening act, Mae Estes. She did good job. Row

    Stage setup

by Debbi on 4/23/24Brookshire Grocery Arena - Bossier City

Hank was great!!! Our seats were in Sec 117, Row R, Seat 14 and 15 - they were the worst seats. The stage setup had speakers and wires hanging and we could not see much on the stage. Dont understand how y’all would sell tickets that the view would be blocked.

Great concert!!! Hank stayed on stage longer than the last few times I’ve seen him lately. Can’t wait to see him in Missouri with kid rock.

Trace Michael said it was the best ever!

by Evans on 4/23/24Brookshire Grocery Arena - Bossier City

We were happy to experience Mae’s first big stage performance. She was great & I wish her & Hope, Arkansas the best future in music. Neal McCoy absolutely blew the doors off. I was very surprised at his comic level. He made it a very fun night. Hank Jr took the stage & kicked the footlights out as usual. He deserves the highest honor in music of all genres. He is truly an ICON & I’m happy he gave me the opportunity to attend it with my son & his wife in Hanks birthplace. The promoters done well with teaming all 3 together. “Best Concert Ever” spoken by Trace Michael Evans

Show was great, event center not so much.

by TEXAS TEDDY BEAR on 4/23/24Brookshire Grocery Arena - Bossier City

This was our first time seeing Hank . He did a great job , sounded really good . Neal McCoy was there and a new artist named Mae Estes. They all did a good job. But the Brookshire Grocery arena in Bossier city was just ok. Getting in and out was actually reasonably. The seating sucked!!!! The seats were so small and close together that it was very uncomfortable. We heard several people say the same thing. We did sit in the upper area and we could see perfect but man o man it was cramped and hot . I don't think they even had the air on inside the arena.

    Excellent show!

by Kerry H. on 4/23/24Brookshire Grocery Arena - Bossier City

It was a packed house with all ages attending. Opening and main act arrived on time to the stage. Was high energy concert .lasted about 1.5 hours once Hank Junior got on stage . He played fiddle and piano along with great vocals. Sound and lighting at the venue was great …plus a confetti drop at the end! Well worth the money we paid for our tickets.

    Hank!!!

by Jamie on 4/23/24Brookshire Grocery Arena - Bossier City

The concert was amazing!! Everything was awesome. The only suggestion I have is to maybe have more kiosks to sell merch. The line was REALLY long before, during, and after the concert, so we didn't get to buy shirts. We would have bought 3 of them, but we didn't have time to stand and wait. If there were more sales stations, the line would have been much shorter at each one, and more merchandise could have been sold.

    Priceless

by Sky on 4/23/24Brookshire Grocery Arena - Bossier City

The experience of the concert was priceless, the opening band was amazing, and Hank was amazing. My complaint is about the grocery arena itself. I do understand that weapons are not allowed, but I did have to throw away my pepper spray. If I would have known it was not allowed I wouldn’t have brought it, but there were no signs stating that. It also made me think- if I went to the concert alone, and was forced to throw away my ONLY SOURCE OF PROTECTION, and someone tried to attack me, what would I do then? My protection is gone, and there was no cops, or authorized personnel assisting people to their vehicles, or keeping watch of the parking lot. Do better for safety concerns regarding women. Or, provide security especially at night time, when it’s raining. The concert was great, building was not!!!

    Rockin Randall did not disappoint!

by Serenole on 4/23/24Brookshire Grocery Arena - Bossier City

The over all show itself was terrific! Started on time and kept it flowing easy. Mae Estes was very good and Neal McCoy never disappoints! Was a little surprised at how short Hanks set was. My past experience with his shows were about 2 to 2.5 hours. Two complaints...no TP in toilets... big problem..and why is the handicap parking beside a HILL that has a LOT of steps to get in the building? That was just nuts! It was my first time there so I had no clue about anything.

    Headliner wasn't Great

by GinaJude on 4/23/24Brookshire Grocery Arena - Bossier City

The arena was fine. Mae Estes was great. Neal McCoy was fantastic--would love to see him do an entire show and he almost did. Hank was either drunk or high because I have seen him many times but would not go see him again unless it was free. Thank goodness Neal McCoy was there because I definately would have been upset over having to pay for the show.
