Halloween Bash Tickets

Usually love the Variety Halloween Bash but its starting to get old. Go every year with a group of 30 or more people. This was the first year it was at the Armory. Was nice but obviously not as spooky as the Central Terminal. It was a little too lit up. Some of the lights in the main room should have been turned down or off to create a better atmosphere. Also, not nearly as crowded this year. In the end that turned out to be okay. Could move around more easily. The terminal could get mobbed. My suggestion, and everyone else I know that goes, is that this bash needs a DJ! People want to dance! The 3 band thing is getting old! That 80's Hair Band is fun but leave it at that! One band with a DJ playing fun music ( how about Michael Jackson's Thriller! It's Halloween for gods sakes!) in between sets. Plus, with this being a fund raiser, Variety could save money! Pick one band and then leave a DJ to make this party way more fun. I guarantee the attendance would increase. Our large group is actually talking about finding something else halloweenish to do next year...something with some fun music. Let's change it up Variety! This could be such a great event! Oh, also...keep it 21 and over! Starting to feel like a teen dance! The underage thing turns a lot of people away. Overall, nice event but could be way better. Needs some fresh ideas! Thank you Variety or putting it on.

This event was a blast!! The costumes are always amazing! People spend alot of time and effort to look great for this event. My group and I had a great time.

I have gone to this event for the past 4 years, and I always have a blast. It is never overly-crowded and there are great costumes, great music, and great bartenders that keep your drink full. And it goes to charity which is awesome.

Great event. The bands were good, the drink prices were reasonable.. they just need to advertise better. No one could find anything about the party until two weeks prior to the event.

It was amazing! The only negative was the date, it should have been before Halloween! Other then that, I will continue to come every year like I've been!

I had THE best time that night with my girlfriends! Before this year though I didnt know this party existed. Wish it was broadcasted or advertised better than it has been. I absolutely love that they are putting some use to an amazing historical building that should be used for something! Just wish there was a better way to heat the place lol! And the band was great! Never heard of them before but they rocked!

It was an awesome time, a beautiful place and most of all enjoyed it with family!

Great Halloween event, really cool to see the Buffalo Central Terminal, its a fabulous piece of architecture from Buffalo's glory days. Very fun and festive environment but still able to chat with friends if you wanted to. Just realize that the terminal has no running water or central heating system. The heaters and all the people everywhere make the central area comfortable but the porta-potty areas were a bit chilly!

This is a great party and gets better every year...People in Buffalo make a great effort with costumes and having a peaceful good time....They are friendly and Know how to have fun...the entertainment was great, the food was good, the drinks were average priced, its a fund raiser so the money goes to good cause...

Bad cover bands, event would have been better served by a good DJ.

Music was ok. They could have done a better job of having heat in the building. Found out that the costume contest was fixed from 103.3. One of thier friends won. Very disappointing and I am withdrawing any fan recommendations for the station. There were phenomenal costumes and those that they chose could have been made by a sixth grader. Lot of people very upset about final contestants-it sucked. I will NEVER go to this event alone based on the contest being fixed. I wont even listen to the station anymore. VERY Disappointing!

Went for the first time this year,I will definitly be making this a new annual event !!! the only down side was the port a potties were in the dark ...try peeing in the dark with a fluffy costume ...oh well ...small details

This party is a blast every year. You can bet I'll be there again next year. Beer and food lines short, pizza was delicious (of course), and money went to charity. So many clever costumes too! Great times!

This event was fantastic! the music and attmostphere was amazing. the only thing i would sugest is go with a group.

This was our 1st year attending ... Dont get me wrong we did end up having a good time, altho we expected more of a dancing atmosphere ... was pretty hard to dance to Stairway to Heaven ... thought we were attending a Halloween PARTY ... what kind of party doesnt have good dance music ?! Alot of people standing around .. maybe changes can be made for a different band next year

The Halloween Bash was a great time. We had so much fun and the costomes were amazing.
