The venue has great sound and space and is centrally located. Only place for live music near North Shore in Nassau. The band it so talented and fun and full of the perfect replications and all of feels. Thanks to The Space at Westbury for hosting and for letting us move the chairs for dancing. Thanks Half Step for carrying the torch so well. Love you!
We had a great time seeing Half Step at The Space at Westbury! This venue is comfy and convenient. The staff was awesome too!
Wins: What an incredible show at the Space at Westbury! Kudos to the sound guys and the team that put this together! The band was on fire! The recreation of the Wall of Sound was epic! Love this venue. Easy parking, no long lines to get in and friendly staff. Have been here several times and it's great! Challenges: Too bad the lounge part was closed-Due to shortage of bartenders. They need garbage cans and people cleaning up. It was a mess. They don't serve any kind of food and nothing in the area is open. Dunkin Donuts across the street would've make a fortune. We can't drink alcohol all night! : )
The half-step show was fantastic, especially the second set. The music touched my soul. The light show added another level to their performance. I love the venue also . I will be there again march 2nd for the Bangladesh Concert by the band Wonderous-Stories.
Half Step the best Grateful Dead Tribute performance I have ever seen. Truly amazing and inspiring! They are as good as any band in the world right now. This venue is absolutely wonderful and it was such a joy to see a local Long Island band like Half Step to able to play to such a large crowd in a beautiful venue like this.... for the 2nd time this year!
This may be the best Greatful Dead cover band around. They perform every song with polished perfection. I can't wait for their next performance!
This was the best half step show ever. The setlist was superbly crafted to take the listener on a 30 year journey through the history of the Dead. The videos prepared were fantastic, and the band surpassed the highest of expectations while performing on this stage for the first time.
Half Step is amazing and the show was simply excellent! They bring me back to days gone by.
Talk about your moneys worth. Half Step has stepped up their game. Great dead cover band and just can't beat the price. Good crowd, great music and real good vibe. Caught the last Grateful Overkill with Reckoning and Half Step...Just can't say enough, can't wait til next one. Rumble was the warm up and was a great surprise. Originals into some solid dead covers and worked their way to Moby Dick and Good Times/Bad times...I would go see them alone. Half Step was one point and better than the last time. Lazy Lighting and Terrapin Station were highlights for sure...
