Hairspray (Touring) Tickets

We loved the musical, but did nkt like the fact that there was technical issues twice during the first act.

Our group loved the show. Great all High energy and we had two technical difficulties where they had to pause the show. However, the cast came out very filled with energy and we’re great the entire show.

The performance was stopped with a loud: ACTORS: EXIT THE STAGE call… TWICE. The theater was freezing cold and they had to mop the stage both times so I’m assuming something was wrong with the AC and was leaking on the stage. One of the breaks was for about 30 mins and then went into intermission right after that. Very disruptive. The sound was not good either. Felt like the actors were screaming at us rather than singing.

The show, the actors were amazing. The message of the play was related to the current situation 1962 and we are in 2024 not a lot of changes or progress in this country regarding discrimination.

I had the opportunity to see this show with a group on Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed it. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that while I was there, I went online and purchased tickets for myself and family to watch the showing the next evening. Since then, my son has been requesting to listen to the soundtrack. We also watched the most recent movie, and he was disappointed that certain parts from the play were missing. The cast was phenomenal and we truly enjoyed the whole experience.

Talent was good but the set and overall feel of the show was low budget. Could have skipped this production. Not very impressed.

This musical was the best I’ve ever seen. The main character was great and sang like an angel. The funny part of the show was the mother. Very funny

hairspray 06/18 at the music hall at fair park was, as expected, a lot of fun and very energetic. the show was super entertaining, and fast-moving. room for improvement with some of the cast's vocals or range, and the musical numbers were very loud in some instances. but all in all a great time and perfect way to kick off a summer weekend with the familiar and fun story of tracy turnbladt and her baltimore pals.

The parking was perfect and shuttles even rounded which made it convenient as I have a bad hip. While Walking in, we were greeted by everyone as it was just a friendly environment. We Had a great time, always do, thank you.

This show was executed perfectly! I had an amazing time and the storyline was something that was felt to a core. The acting was on point and I recommend to all to watch it.
