About
Guster:
Guster continues supporting its latest new release, Easy Wonderful. But this tour will also mark the release of a
special edition EP including new material and never released rarities. Since the debut in October, Easy Wonderful peaked at #22 on the
Billboard Top 200 and clinched the #2 spot on the Alternative Albums
chart. The album's sunny and extremely
hummable first single, "Do You Love Me" was at Top Ten single on the
Adult Alternative Album charts, and the band has just released their follow
single "Architects and Engineers."
Guster's live performances have become legendary. The group continues to
inject humor and heart into every single show they play.
About
Jack's Mannequin:
After his hard-working punk-pop quintet Something Corporate
decided to take a break in the summer of 2004, Andrew McMahon found himself
writing a batch of confessional piano-driven songs that explored his return
home to Orange County and his attempt to reconnect with the people he had
alienated when he left to tour with Something Corporate. With the help of
several musician friends (which included producer Jim Wirt and Mötley Crüe's
Tommy Lee), McMahon began recording Everything in Transit under
the moniker Jack's Mannequin. Since then, McMahon has gone on to release
one other studio album with Jack's Mannequin titled The Glass Passenger,
toured with the likes of The Fray and Weezer, released the documentary
"Dear Jack" which followed his treatment and recovery from
leukemia, and is now prepping to release People and Things,
his third studio album (Summer 2011).
