Greenville Country Music Fest Tickets

Line up is great! Thank you musicians and crews. BUT By far the WORST logistics EVER!!!! As a retired event planner, I have been to many first time events (not my own) and this is the most poorly managed and least organized I have attended. Not nearly enough security or staff on hand to handle 1/3 of the attendees. Had to go find security twice to have them carry puking drunks out of SVIP. The alcohol consumption was not controlled nor safe. Very very unorganized. I will prob spend my money in OK, TX or FL next year. Parking situation couldn’t be any worse. No wifi…Uber didn’t work either. Many people resorted to walking back to hotels. UNSAFE. Talked to many groups who did not go back for day 2. There are some very scary stories from event attendees and I am just thankful we were lucky and we got in an Uber and back to hotel safe. Promoters and organizers should not be allowed to host another show. This was a complete organization and staffing disaster.

Had a fantastic time at the music festival. Bands were awesome and made some new friends. Super VIP is the way to go. Could use some traffic control or maybe some other alternatives to fix the after show chaos.

Was very disappointed in the festival for the $ and the facilities and especially parking situation!!

Brought my 13 yo daughter to her first concert. It rained and she had her best day EVER ! As she said, "Dad It almost didn't feel real." And she meant that in the best possible way.

Loved the lineups this year- keep leaning toward the red dirt/independent scene and our crew will keep coming. Traffic control wasn't great and the merch line was so long I didn't even venture into the tent. Minor issues to see the lineup we were able to enjoy!

We used Uber to get to venue Saturday. About a 15 minute ride. Arrived there with no problem. There were no rideshare availability when the event closed. 100’s of people waiting till 1:30-2 in morning in the middle of nowhere. We finally paid someone 150$ for a ride. We drove to the venue Sunday. Exiting the parking area was ridiculous. There was no direction whatsoever and half of the parking area bottlenecked to a single line of traffic exiting through a tree line. It would take something very special to get me back to that amphitheater.

I love going to Heritage Park for concerts! It’s great to have such an amazing venue close to home! However, I have never been so disappointed in the parking at the Sam Hunt concert! We were directed to park almost at the front gate and walk! I would’ve been happy to do so, but when we got in, there were lots of empty spaces! Please do better!

The event layout was a very nice setup, full of vendors and things to do. Artists were awesome.

Everything there was hands down amazing! Food, drinks, staff, cleanliness.

Every line either, for food or, drinks moved very quickly. The staff was exceptionally nice as well.

Music was great. Everyone was friendly and inviting, never any trouble with another fan. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the tribute to all soldiers, fallen and etc.

Loved the venue. Never waited in line for anything! The workers were great. Staffed efficiently! Would go back!

Not sure if it’s anything they could control. You have a country music fest for a bunch of southern people that like to drink. Should keep the ATMs stocked with more money 😂 but otherwise great event! Lots of fun and would 100% go again.
