Box Office Summer Hours (Memorial Day through Labor Day): Mondays from Noon-5pm, Closed Tuesday through Sunday. Event Days Open four hours prior to ticketed event time. Regular Box Office Hours (September - May) Monday - Friday: Noon-5:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed, except for events (opens 4 hours prior to the event start time) Based on the Grand Casino Arena event schedule, closing times may be extended. Grand Casino Arena is serviced by two parking ramps (RiverCentre and Kellogg) directly connected to the complex. Pre-paid parking is available in the RiverCentre ramp. Cameras with a detachable lens or lens of more than two (2) inches are prohibited from all Grand Casino Arena concerts. The use of flash photography may also be prohibited. The event producer reserves the right to deny camera use at any time before or during the event and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed unacceptable. Video recorders or digital cameras with recording capabilities are prohibited at any time during an event. Xcel Energy Center Grand Casino Arena reserves the right to examine and prohibit use of any camera that staff deem unacceptable. Audio recorders are not allowed at any time. Cans, bottles, coolers and other outside food and beverages are not allowed. For safety and speed of entry, we strongly discourage guests from bringing bags of any kind to events at Xcel Energy CenterGrand Casino Arena. Purses no larger than 12" x 12" x 6" are allowed at designated X-ray entry points. This applies to all purses, including clear bags. Backpacks, coolers or large totes are prohibited. Medical and parenting bags are permitted and subject to X-ray screening. Wristlet, clutch or wallets 4" x 6" x 1.5" or smaller are allowed at all entrances and subject to inspection.

For most events, including Minnesota Wild games, children under the age of 24 months will be admitted without a ticket if held on an adult's lap. For children's shows such as Disney on Ice, children 12 months and older need a ticket.
