Wow. Goapele was absolutely amazing. The show was great. Bit of a slow start so we were pretty fatigued standing up. So unfortunately we didn’t get to stay very long once the show started. We likely won’t attend again if standing room only. Made it an uncomfortable experience. Dave Chapelle was great as always. This was our second show this year. We are local.
I really enjoyed the venue and her aura. She reminded me of Billlie Holiday. Very soulful and virbant vibes from her voice alongside her lead guitarist. Absolutely all life event to enjoy!!
Goapele's performance was much more than I expected, and my expectations were high. Goapele's band and singer were phenomenal as well. She took us to another dimension and kept us grounded all at the same time! I can't wait to see her again!!!

The concert was great but the venue had a sewage issue. In the bar area it smelled like raw sewage. Luckily inside the concert hall the smell was not noticeable.
Her music is beautiful she's beautiful did all of her new music and her older hits even did some of our local artists hits. Great show can't wait for her to come back!!!
I purchased these tickets for my husband because he’s a big fan of Goapele. However, I ended up really enjoying myself. She had a lot of energy. The music was great. The lyrics were great. The showmanship was great. The Ludlow Garage was the perfect venue for concert. We would definitely go see her again.
I've tried to see her for about 20 years. I was going to making plans to go see her in Oakland, then I looked on Ludlow Garage website and there she was. I purchased my tickets at that moment, and I enjoyed every bit of the show. LOVED IT!!

Dave Chappelle’s club only has a few seats for the concert and comedy show. No one wants to stand up in a crowded space for 4+hours. Goapele sounded good, but no one wanted to hear her new music. She should have sang the old music first. We won’t be going back.
