Gloria Trevi on Tour
In the late ‘80s, Gloria Trevi made her live singing debut on the biggest Mexican variety show at the time and proceeded to shock the world when she was censored on national television for her daringly outrageous performance of "Dr. Psiquiatra." And thus Trevi's shock-pop was born — and so was one of the most notorious artists of our era. Her performances brim with high drama, outlandish theatrics and plenty of sass, and the original Mexican wild child continues to dazzle audiences the world over via her irresistible moxie. On her 2019 North American tour, in support of her pop album Diosa de la Noche, audiences of all ages got an opportunity to see a truly legendary and multifaceted pop performer.

Born Gloria de los Ángeles Treviño Ruiz in Monterrey, Mexico, in 1968, the singer-songwriter moved to Mexico City during her teenage years to conquer Spanish-language pop, which she righteously did. Along the way, Trevi also rewrote the Latin pop playbook in a time when female performers were expected to be glamorous or wholesome. Though her biting critique on machismo and religious hypocrisy delivered via her unmistakable rasp, Trevi stunned the nation with her reinvention of what a pop star looks like. While she became a celebrated and much-needed voice for Mexican feminists everywhere, she also endured what is perhaps the biggest scandal of the music industry during the late ‘90s. Rising from the ashes like a phoenix, this superstar came back fiercer than ever in the mid ‘00s. As remarkably complex as she is, Trevi can be whatever she pleases: A theatrical femme fatale, or a soul-baring and passionate singer. But one thing that is certain throughout is that she is a one-of-a-kind creator.

I would have paid double theticket price to see Gloria Trevi. Her performance was amazing and remined me of Las Vegas Zumanity show. I've been to many concerts but she took the prize for most amazing performance. I can't wait to see her again.

I had never attended one of Gloria Trevi's concert but I knew it had to be super good. She was absolutely AWESOME, herself, her attires, everything was SUPER. I will definetly go again and again. I love all her songs, you could see how everybody would sing along. Besides her been so pretty, she is very funny too. After all she went through she left that in the past and now she is showing everybody what she can do, when there is a will. Thank you Gloria for a great concert.
Gloria's show is amazing and worth the entry fee. I would recommend this show to anyone that likes Spanish pop music.
Gloria is an amazing performer that knows how to satisfy her audience and leave us content with seeing her. I was thrilled to see her with a good amount of distinct outfits and with great choreography. The money was worth the show and she was super cool and on time.

I really liked the concert because it was very colorful and it caught my attention since she came out. I really enjoyed singing her songs and listening her sing. The way she dressed was awesome some thing that was "WOW" I really cant believe how she did all this changing clothes and stuff. Also when she sang the song "LOca" in the middle of the song she danced like Michael Jackson and was awesome. Pretty! Cute! Fantastic! wonderful!..I really liked it and if i had the channce to see it again I would.
Gloria Trevi comes back to the top of the game. She gave an amazing performance full of energy and power. She's like no other and brings music to a total new level. Her raspy voice conquered the arena and her laid back personality made it impossible to not like her. Definitely an event that i could repeat many times.

GLORIA IS AWESOME, SHE IS HOT AND I LOVE HER OUTFITS. THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE WAS THE FACT THAT ON ROW 1 THEY HAD A STEP FOR THE SECURITY BARRIER THAT MADE SITTING UNCOMFORTABLE. GREAT THING WE WERE JUMPING N DANCING MOST OF THE TIME
Eventhoug it was a weak beginning it picked up the pace as time went on....Too bad she did not came back to sing another song, as the crowd requested....
Gloria Trevi concert was great! The show was amazing.
Those were the words of my wife whom went to the concert. I bought her the tickets and Gloria Trevi sang about 2.5 hrs after the opening act, which was 1 hr.
It was fun! They know how to make their fans have a marvelous time.
I like her music so I did have a good time but the place where the show took place, didn't have a good view. You will have to be very closed to the stage so you can see her because it was to dark and they didn't have tv's so you can see her show if you are far. It was fine but it could be much better. The show started one hour later.
I went to see her at the San Diego House of Blues and she rocked!!! This is the third time I go see her and this was the best concert because it was more intimate! She sang a lot of her hits and her new mega hits including Psicofonia, Cinco Minutos, Pruebamelo, and El Favor de la Soledad! I will definately go see her again. I love her! SHE IS THE BEST!
Although the wait (in line and for Gloria Trevia to get on stage) was long- it was definitely worth the wait! She put on an AMAZING & captivating performance. An unforgettable one at that.
