GHOST is Broadway's new musical phenomenon! This exhilarating show fuses mind-bending illusions, a timeless story of everlasting love and a fresh pop/rock score by Grammy winners Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) and Glen Ballard (Michael Jackson's "Man in the Mirror," Alanis Morissette's "You Oughta Know") for a theatrical experience unlike any Broadway has seen. Adapted from the hit film by its Academy Award-winning screenwriter Bruce Joel Rubin and directed by Tony winner Matthew Warchus (God of Carnage, The Norman Conquests), this astounding spectacle is being called "EYE-POPPINGLY BRILLIANT" (AP) and "UNLIKE ANYTHING SEEN ONSTAGE BEFORE." Ghost was a pleasant surprise!

by dancetothemusic on 7/20/14Pantages Theatre - Los Angeles

Great entertainment from the music, dancing, and acting. I've never seen such original use of media n lighting in sets as I did with Ghost - added to emotional impact. Oda May Brown was so funny and what a fabulous singing voice! We got more than our money's worth on this one!

    GHOST is missing...

by Roses66 on 7/18/14Pantages Theatre - Los Angeles

The movie is much better than the musical. The songs they made up for this show were very boring. The back drops used when the dancers were performing Sucked. They appeared too busy and took away from the performers. Get a new girl for the demi moore part. Her singing voice sounded like fingers nails on chalkboard.

    Ghost for lovers

by Gagor on 7/17/14Pantages Theatre - Los Angeles

Ok, not having seen the movie I was not familiar with the story. It was a slow start for me but when the second half started I was into the action, comedy, music, dancing, theatricks, everything! Totally immersed in the story!

    Ghost-the Musical, was DEAD

by kachcolo on 7/16/14Pantages Theatre - Los Angeles

Great visuals, great comedic moments, however none of the songs grabbed you. It was really great, except for the music and after all isn't it supposed to be a musical? Re-watched the movie the next day. Great film for the time, but its time has passed away...

    Ghost

by candynoel1 on 7/16/14Pantages Theatre - Los Angeles

Play was great, BUT, the lights flashing in the audience were terrible. We had to keep our eyes closed fearing injury to them. We missed dance screnes because of these light and of course the sound was way toooooo loud causing discomfort to the ears.

    A very romantic "Ghost."

by Zhivago2 on 7/16/14Pantages Theatre - Los Angeles

My husband, my best friend & I attended the show & all enjoyed it. My husband deemed it the best performance he has seen at the Pantages. I do wish the pottery scene from the movie and the coin on the door had been included with more focus. The cast was excellent. The strobe lights were a little rough on the eyeballs.

    Awesome!!!

by jammex on 7/16/14Pantages Theatre - Los Angeles

Play stayed true to the movie storyline, the filmed scenes in the background were great especially the scenes where the characters were getting off the subway. Acting and singing were great especially Sam. Oda Mae was a little over the top.

    HIGH ENERGY

by SLTA on 7/16/14Pantages Theatre - Los Angeles

The female lead had an exceptionaly good voice, but was drowned out by the VERY LOUD orchestra. We were a bit disappointed because the music covered up the singing, therefore, we missed some of the important dialog. Otherwise, an excellent production.

    Ghost was magical

by letsgoDV on 7/16/14Pantages Theatre - Los Angeles

The lead voices were terrific and Carla Stewart who played Oda Mae was phenomenal. BUT the best part was the special effects and set design. Kudos to the lighting designer, video & Projection Designer, Illusionist and the Director. BRAVO! The only complaint I have was the ensemble numbers were way too loud, it distorted the words.

    Ghost was a unique experience.

by reflxns on 7/16/14Pantages Theatre - Los Angeles

The special effects were fantastic. Hard to believe they could get the atmosphere so well. It started out a little slow, but by the middle we were leaning forward in our seats really involved with the characters. All parts were well played, but Oda Mae stole the show. A great job.
