As always, Gary Allan gives a 5 star performance. I try to go to all of his concerts when they are in the vicinity. His opening act JameyJohnson was horrible. Again, Gary Allan was exceptional. This event was right after the disaster in Canada where the wind blew over speakers and destroyed his equipment, so he was using borrowed equipment for this performance. Still did a great job.
Gary Allan has never let me down! This was my 6th or 7th time seeing him in concert and every time has been an awesome show! I will continue going to his shows, and would recommend it to everyone, as long as he is touring.
Gary is the best. He always entertains and is a treat to see in person..We go to see him every year. The only bad thing I can say is that I wish he would get a decent opening act. One that fits his style of music. Jamey Johnson, not good, I know there are better acts out there for Gary. Hes one of the best!!
Was a great concert. One that featured brand new stuff, his hits and he even pulled out some old songs that I had previously only heard on CD, and this is my 6th concert seeing Gary. They were struggling a little with thier borrowed equipment since theirs all got destroyed earlier in the week in Canada but continued on and made sure it was right before they started. Was very into the crowd last night also. Overall this was a great effort that I appreciated very much.
SHOW WAS AMAZING ESPECIALLY WHEN FINDING OUT THE EQUIPMENT WAS BORROWED. WISH CONCERT WOULD HAVE STARTED OVER. HAD TO WORK THE NEXT DAY AND DRIVE A DISTANCE TO GET HOME. THE SOUND IN THE BUILDING IS NOT WHAT IT COULD BE, THEY REALLY SHOULD WORK ON THAT.
I seen Gary last year in Kansas and was blown away by his performance so when I found out he was coming to Grand Island, I had to go. I was in the 4th row and I tell you what, it was one of the best concerts I've ever been too. I really didn't enjoy Jamey Johnson(?) his songs were too slow but when Gary came on stage, I don't think I sat down once. He knows how to perform and I am a fan of his for life. I suggest to anybody, if you have a chance to go see him DO IT!!!!!
Even though Jamey was sick, he still was awesome!!! Gary rocked!!! They are both amazing singers, We can't wait to go back!!!
I thought Gary Allan was GREAT!!! only disappointed that he didn't sing two of my favorite songs.. Man 2 Man.. and Tough Lttle Boys.... how does that happen!!?? Otherwise I love Gary.. and his voice.. thought he did a great job. If I ever hear Jamey Johnson again, it would be too soon.. his part of the concert was about an hour too long!!
The concert was pretty good! The opening act of Jamey Johnson was absolutely terrible! Worst performance I've ever seen. Thankfully, Gary Allan came in and saved the day with a really good performance.
Jamey and Gary: Both FANTASTIC! Get Tix and GO!! Both are awesome entertainers. Jamey is true country and I love it. Gary has hit after hit and goes and goes!!
This is the best concert I have been to!! I would follow him anywhere. Best money I have ever spent. Everyone should go see him in concert!!!
I was terribly sad when it was over. It was over and I was wide awake for hours. Really hope he comes back again.
The sound could have been a little better, it sounded like there was some feedback. We loved the 1 acoustic song, wish there would have been more. Overall it was a very good concert.
Gary Allen was incrediable. He sang old songs as well as new. .
Jamey Johnson has an amazing sound and his song "In Color" is even better in concert. With a few more hit songs he could easily be headlining the show. Gary Allan puts on an amazing performance. He is very upbeat and his songs keep you very in tune to the band and performance. The Heartland Events Center is small and not a major arena which is nice in some ways and not as good in others. Its nice because there aren't any bad seats. Its bad because the lights they leave on to find the restrooms and get a beer makes it a little too light in the arena. Also the music in some parts makes hearing the words to the song difficult due to the smaller area.
This was one of the best concerts I have ever been to!!!
Gary Allan is a natural entertainer. He is real and you feel an immediate connection to him. His voice is pure and authentic. He puts on an amazing performance.
My family really enjoyed the Gary Allen concert. He interacted with the audience, moved around the stage, a good performance. Sounded great.
Must see Gary Allen just keeps getting better as the years go by!!
I loved the show. The acoustic 'Right Where I Need to Be' was wonderful. Gary Allan is a great concert artist.
