Some tech issues. Don't go if you are not caught up. Great orchestra and choir! Fun effects!

    Music of GOT was awesome!

by Stillveryalive on 2/25/17United Center - Chicago

You wouldn't think that an entire show could be put together around the music of GOT, but they did so remarkably well. The set is elaborate. It's definitely worth seeing, and if it comes back to Chicago, go see it!

The Game of Thrones live concert was really well done. I saw their second show on the tour in Chicago and I was impressed. It will only get better as they do more shows. Thumbs-up‼

    Great performance! Well done!

by GOTfan on 2/25/17Xcel Energy Center - Saint Paul

This was opening night for this tour & it was outstanding! Everything ran smoothly. You could feel the energy from the director & the choir/band members. I am a big fan of the show & they did very well with it. I would definitely reccomend to friends/family & others. Only go if you are up to date with all seasons, others it will spoil it for you.

    Amazing performance

by Adkt on 2/24/17Xcel Energy Center - Saint Paul

It was brilliant choreography between the music and the series playing on video. The theatrics were well timed. The only thing I did not like was that if you were sitting on the end you could not see the big screens. Felt like I was missing part of the show. Other than that, I would see it again and recommend if you get the chance, go see it!

Game of Thrones live was great!

by RammsteinForever on 2/23/17Xcel Energy Center - Saint Paul

I didn't know what to expect from this concert, but we loved it. The music coming from the top-notch orchestra was awesome, sounding especially good in the Xcel Energy Center which typically has great acoustics. Ramin Djawadi is a great composer and should not be overlooked. He is also a very personable and audience-friendly conductor. My only complaint is that the seats on the sides of the arena didn't get images from the main screen like the middle seats did. We wanted to sit at the end so we could be looking across the main floor at the orchestra. I hope this gets corrected for future viewers.

GOT concert was a awesome and unique experience!

by Jtullo21 on 2/23/17Xcel Energy Center - Saint Paul

I went to this with a little hesitation because I'm not a massive GOT fan, but my roommate ended up convincing me to go. It was definitely worth it. They really delivered a unique experience for fans of the show to enjoy, with plenty of special effects. Ramin also discussed a lot of what went into the songs and some of the unique instruments they used in the making of it, which made the show even more interesting.

    Astounding Experience

by SNDTCHDLEE on 2/23/17Xcel Energy Center - Saint Paul

As soon as you walk into the arena you know that you are in for a treat. They have the stage and screens filling the room. Without giving away too many details you will be greeted with an icon right off the top. As the evening progresses there will be some pauses while things reset or set for the next item. This was my biggest pet peeve of the show. It is worth the waits for what they are able to accomplish. There were a couple mic issues i.e. not on for the first few words a few times as well as a bit of feedback, but that was at the first public show, I trust they have taken measures to make them not happen again. As the evening progresses you will be taken along a musical journey that will leave you questioning why there are not more tours like this.

    Unbelievable

by Jacqwee on 2/23/17Xcel Energy Center - Saint Paul

All the frustration I had due to the ticket fiasco immediately disapaited once I stepped into the concert. As a person mildly obsessed with soundtracks this was right up my alley. The set was beautiful and fitting of GoT. The music was amazing and so fun and interesting to see everything that goes into the fantastic musical world of GoT! All of the feelings! Beautiful and unforgettable. However...For the love of god!!!!!! Don't switch my seat without telling me and then make me wait in the longest line ever so I miss the opening songs!!!!!!!!!!! I bought my tickets months ago and paid more than I usually pay for concerts out of my love and excitement for this concert. I was so disappointed!!!! I heard the GoT main title from a GD line!!!!! But I'm sure it was amazing.

    Fantastico!!!

by Smartinoffski on 2/23/17Xcel Energy Center - Saint Paul

Such an amazing evening. Started out in the VIP lounge with a photo op on the Iron Throne!!! How awesome was that. The food was a tad skimpy, seemed like the waitress was told to only let people have one because she never came back to ask me if I would like anymore. The Q & A with Ramin was nice and the group photos were fun. The show was amazing.

    Big screens and sound!

by CJMN on 2/23/17Xcel Energy Center - Saint Paul

The orchestra and choir are amazing. Some of the special effects and the screens are incredible. The singer and some of the props seem completely unnecessary. It's a neat experience and the people watching is great! The composer was obviously excited and nervous since it was the first show of the tour. I hope he gets more comfortable because it would be great to have him share even more background information about the show, his thought process, etc.
