The effects of the performance were absolutely breath taking. You felt as though you were watching a movie instead of a play. I brought my daughter to watch the show and it's was magical for her, she was so thrilled of the show and I was not sure how she would take it seeing that she is 5. We have been transformed to the theater arts now and cannot wait for my next show.
The seats were horrible. In the future those seats shouldn’t be sold to anyone. Due to the safety rail and the bottom corner seating the view is very poor.
I had a great time with my daughter on kids night on Broadway. The show was entertaining and fun . Actors did a wonderful job engaging with the audience. The Q and A afterwards was a pleasant bonus .
The show was amazing! I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised on what a great show it was. From the acting, singing, and especially the stage sets and lighting and how they made the ice and snow look so real!
My 5 year old nephew was in awe of the special effects from Elsa's turning things to ice. The dress change was amazing during her performance. Disney never disappoints!
Amazing voices! Great actors! Beautiful costumes! Theatre is easy to get to! Excellent view! Overall, it was good. I understand you can't compare a movie to a show on stage. However, a few cons - the story is a bit disjointed compared to the movie version. And I almost feel like you had to see the movie to fill those blanks in. Also, the way Olaf is portrayed is a bit distracting an weird. And when Elsa is building her castle and singing "Let It Go", there could be more cool effects other than lighting. But overall it was an 8/10!
I think that the theater could have been bigger it was a bit cramped. I also believe that if the stage was bigger, more magical aspects from the movie could have been used. It was amazing, the actors were very professional and sung beautiful. I just think that the theater is too small for a show like Frozen. Overall, it was a magical experience I was just disappointed with how small the theater is.

The show itself was excellent! Great special effects and awesome cast. Only bad experience we had was an unruly 3 year old behind us who kept kicking the back of our seats and whining/crying. I spoke with the usher and she did absolutely nothing about it. I missed a few parts from turning my head and giving the parents “the look” of disgust. Spent $700 to get anxiety and stress.
My family went to see Frozen on Broadway and absolutely loved it. We are not the normal demographic as we were 2 adults and a teenager, but we all agree that it was a spectacular production. The cast was so talented that the show felt like it was over quickly because we enjoyed it so much that time seemed to fly. Although very similar to the story in the movie, there are some different songs and the live action allowed for some adult innuendo in the script. I highly recommend it.
I absolutely loved the show. Both the songs from the movie and the original songs were incredible, and the acting phenomenal! I can’t wait to see it again.
An experience from beginning to end. Better than the movie. My daughter’s first broadway experience will be hard to top. Wow!

Arrived on time , went to our seats Tried to sit down and didnt fit. Tried to squeeze in the seat but it hurt Went to an usher and he basically said “sorry” Show was good unfortunately i couldnt enhoy it
So sad that a Disney show at this venue would allow men to use the ladies room and vice versa. Liberalism is a sickness that must be defeated. Watch your children in the bathrooms.
Seats were just great (orchestra center), parking pass with tickets was a huge plus! Show was FABULOUS!! All actors/actresses are SO talented and special effects were unbelievable! All three grandchildren (two boys ages 6,8 and one delighted little girl age 4) plus grandparents/parents LOVED it! Perfect NYC first multi-generational Broadway experience!
This play was so well conducted, so magical in effects, so beautiful! I loved it. ELSA CAN SINGGGG. All the characters were well played and the story was so well brought to life. Would definitely see again!! My perfect first Broadway experience. Took my mom and sister for my mom’s birthday!
I love this show so much! It will be very different without Caissie Levy and Patti Murin, but hopefully the replacements are holding down the fort well.
The play was amazing, Olaf should have been a person dressed in a full costume not a puppet.
It was amazing! Anna was spectacular. Best by far. Elsa killed it in Let It Go........breathtaking! I also enjoyed the inclusion of diverse ethnicities. The music and dance also displayed reference to Afrocentric culture! Frozen on Broadway had the best and most changeable sets! One of the best Broadway shows
