    Frozen

by K. K. on 3/4/20St. James Theatre - New York

Very beautiful play! Lots of Disney magic on stage! The only drawback I had was there were too many little children that didn't know how to behave. I was a little annoyed at the lack of parental supervision at the theater. As a mother of three daughters, I can't imagine why you'd bring a 4 year old to Broadway when Disney on Ice would have been a better venue for the child.

by D. R. on 3/4/20St. James Theatre - New York

Frozen on Broadway was amazing and better than expected to be honest. The acting was up to par and the voices that the main girls have are beautiful. Well worth it to go and watch!

    Superb

by Proudmax on 3/3/20St. James Theatre - New York

I took my 2 girls (10 &13) to watch this show. It was our first time ever watching a broadway show. It exceeded our expectations. We had great seats and could see everything clearly. The acting and singing was fabulous. The production AHMazing!! Elsa and Anna”s singing was top class. Hans was lovable (actually) and him and Anna were so fun together. Okin”s song was hilarious. My girls and I want to watch it again.

    Not bad but not great

by C. on 3/2/20St. James Theatre - New York

I’ve seen a lot of Disney plays but this one seems to miss the mark. Enjoyable yes, unforgettable no. It’s good for kids but some parts and songs have changed making the narrative slow to explain who is who. 6/10

    Very good show

by T. V. on 3/2/20St. James Theatre - New York

If you have children who are fans of Frozen (and secretly love it yourself), take them to see this show. It's a great family show and has all the components of a Disney musical we've come to expect--great music, costumes, sets, lighting, acting, dancing, etc. I had high expectations going in and wasn't disappointed. Another patron sitting next to me mentioned that she thought the original "Elsa" was better vocally, but I thought the current actress handled the vocals quite well. Physically, she's not as close to the cartoon version as the original cast member, and I don't think she's fully embraced the role yet (she's only had the part for a couple of weeks), but it didn't detract from the overall performance. The new Anna, on the other hand, seemed fully immersed in her part and really shone in the role. Had I not known she was had been newly cast in the role, I would've thought she'd been playing the part from the beginning. I was a little taken aback by how they chose to bring Olaf to life on stage, since I found myself watching the actor handling the puppet more than the puppet itself, and I would say that was probably the only element that I found a bit distracting. Otherwise, it was a very good show, and I highly recommend seeing it.

    Mind Blowing

by Big John on 3/2/20St. James Theatre - New York

The play was a incredible the seats were better than I thought I was extremely pleased.I just have 5 issues that really didn't make sense.1 Elsa and Anna's Dad did not look like their father or them, 2 how did Elsa go from one skin tone to another when she grew up?3 the trolls did not have a tail.4 a women playing Olaf? Not that I would mind if she sounded like him, but she didn't, and 5 Kristoff did not look like Kristoff at all.I'm not making this about race or gender or anything like that. All I'm saying is when there is a Broadway show you should make the characters look and sound like the chacters from the movie as close as possible. But for the most part it was a fantastic show.Plus the scenery was breath taking.

    Amazing!!!

    by M.G. on 3/1/20

The show was amazing!! We loved every minute of it and never wanted it to end!!! We can in the day that Patti Murin was not there, we wish we had gotten to see her in performance, but her standby was awesome!! Cassie was brilliant, her vocals are amazing!! The entire cast, crew, and orchestra was fantastic!! I recommend this show to anyone!!! 100/10000!!!! If it would let me give them 10 or more stars, I would!

This was my six-year-old's first Broadway show and my nine-year-old second. The look on their faces was priceless. Even my husband was smiling from ear to ear. It was magical!

    More than I expected

by MaryG on 3/1/20St. James Theatre - New York

It’s Disney so you know it will be good but this show was much more than I expected. Several new songs, great voices, strong performances and some surprises to spice up the story. Not just for kids and actually could be a little much for younger kids. Wonderful stage and incredible special effects.

    Spectacular show

by lheller1 on 3/1/20St. James Theatre - New York

This snow was truly amazing, the actors were fabulous and the set and effects were magnificent. The only thing that I did not enjoy was there was a family singing and talking quite loudly right behind me the entire musical and the staff did nothing to quiet them. But overall it was a amazing experience and would definitely go again.
