  • Absolutely fantastic!

by Tom S on 7/1/25Hard Rock Live Rockford - RockfordRating: 5 out of 5

Frankie was wonderful. Songs are an important part of our lives and it was great to hear them performed live. The band and Four Seasons were so energetic and talented!

  • Frankie Valli Concert – Rockford, IL

by Jose Z on 7/1/25Hard Rock Live Rockford - RockfordRating: 3 out of 5

Frankie Valli Concert – Rockford, IL I was excited to see a music legend like Frankie Valli live, and while it was a nostalgic experience, I left feeling a bit disappointed. The show itself was well-produced, and the band was tight—but it was hard to ignore that Frankie seemed to struggle to keep up. It appeared that he was lip-syncing for most (if not all) of the performance, which really took away from the authenticity of the experience. At his age, it’s understandable that live vocals might be difficult, but I expected a more genuine performance. It almost felt like he was being pushed to do something his health or energy levels couldn't quite support anymore. I still respect him as an artist, but the show felt more like a tribute than a live concert.

  • Outstanding

They were tight, and harmonically perfect! Great times!

  • I was very disappointed.

by Andi on 7/1/25Hard Rock Live Rockford - RockfordRating: 2 out of 5

I have always lived Franki Valli and 4 Seasons music. I was disappointed in this concert. I know that he is older and the others probably would be carrying the singing of the songs and that he may even lip sync songs. There were only 3 seasons guys at this show, not 4 like the pictures show. They sang too loud almost like shouting. Their only "style"that was like the 4 Seasons was some of their dance moves. The band was also too loud, especially the horns, it seemed to make the si gets numerous even get louder. The horn, guitar, etc solos were unnecessary, they did not belong in this concert. Was it to take up more time to make the concert last longer???? The way they sang/shouted was not at all like the 4 Seasons. They totally drowned out Franki, whether he was actually singing or lip syncing, you could barely hear him. I would have rather have seen a cover band or even watched Jersey boys again as I love his music. I am glad I got to see Franki Valli in person before he retires, but this concert was a waste of my time and money. Very sad to say.

  • Fa nominal concert

by JOHN C on 5/20/25Hard Rock Cincinnati Outdoor Arena - CincinnatiRating: 5 out of 5

Frankie Valli was great, his backup singers really highlighted his music and songs. My wife and I enjoyed the evening very much.

  • A Happy time

by Justme3 on 5/13/25Hard Rock Live Bristol - BristolRating: 5 out of 5

We truly enjoyed this concert. The music is upbeat, the graphics well done! The band is spectacular, the backup singers excellent and I don’t know any other 90 something’’s that could perform like Frankie Valli does. He does lip sync, but he’s funny and should inspire others. Everyone around us were rocking and enjoying. We are very glad we attended!

  • Great show

by greg on 5/13/25Hard Rock Live Bristol - BristolRating: 5 out of 5

This was the second time I have seen Frankie Valie perform. The first time I spent the first several songs trying to determine if he was lip syncing. I gave up after hearing him speak without hardly opening his mouth, maybe he is actually singing. Second concert, the same. I googled it and the overwhelming answer was YES he is lip syncing his concert and has for some time. Disappointing but the shows were great. The "4 Seasons"were terrific and added the excitement that Frankie did not. I would see them again.

  • His voice is still great.

by Jim L on 5/13/25Hard Rock Live Bristol - BristolRating: 4 out of 5

Frankie Valli was great, he moved slowly but his voice was fine.

  • Good music but Frankie needs to hang it up.

by Sweetal on 5/13/25Hard Rock Cincinnati Outdoor Arena - CincinnatiRating: 4 out of 5

Frankie Valli is getting a bit too frail to be doing these concerts. His voice was lip-synced and it was very apparent on the video screens. There were times where his lips weren't even moving in the same way they should for the words that were supposedly being sung. It was sad to watch. I attempted to watch the stage more than the video screens as then I couldn't tell whether he was attempting to sing or not. That being said, the Jersey Boys were energetic and fun to watch and listen to. The music was great and brought back lots of old memories (like learning to ski to "Can't Take My Eyes Off You"). I need to remember that a lot of my favorite artists are getting up there in age. I noticed at least a dozen folks leave the concert way before it was over. I'm sure they were also disappointed in how Frankie appeared. But bless him for trying to do what he did at 40 now that he's 90.

  • Entertaining, but...

by Xin on 5/13/25Hard Rock Cincinnati Outdoor Arena - CincinnatiRating: 3 out of 5

While the music was entertaining, it was a sad sight to see Frankie in such a state that he probably shouldn't be performing. He seemed robotic in nature and seemed almost like elder abuse. Assumptions were made that even at 91, he would be in better shape to be performing concerts. He definitely had some comedic witt, and the music was good, but how much of the concert was him singing and how much was it lip syncing, only the performers would know. The venue, which nice, made seating a bit of a challenge. Had there not been ample seating, the close quarters would have made any other performance difficult to enjoy. Zip-tying the chairs so closely together caused people to be practically sitting on top of one another, with arms forced forward awkwardly, and shoulders still touching the guests on either side. To go from COVID precautions to bring practically sitting on top of one another was certainly NOT enjoyable. The aisle was so wide that spacing of the chairs could have easily been spread out just a couple of inches more for better seating comfort.

  • Sad

by MAD italian on 5/13/25Hard Rock Live Bristol - BristolRating: 2 out of 5

We did enjoy the band and revisiting the music I grew up with but it was sad to watch him lip sync the entire show. He seemed drugged up and his eye's bugged out I don't know why he's still performing.

  • So great

by Kelrob on 5/13/25Hard Rock Cincinnati Outdoor Arena - CincinnatiRating: 4 out of 5

It was great to be able to see him. His back up singers brought the energy. I think the crowd understood that is his age, We are lucky to see him still performing! I couldn’t believe he actually stood the entire performance while his young dancers sat for parts . Shows he truly enjoys entertaining!

  • Fabulous evening!

  • Fun show

by Vern on 5/13/25Hard Rock Cincinnati Outdoor Arena - CincinnatiRating: 5 out of 5

Glad I got to see him perform one last time. The weather in Cincinnati was great and the crowd were up on their feet most of the night.

  • Sad

by Kate on 5/13/25Hard Rock Cincinnati Outdoor Arena - CincinnatiRating: 1 out of 5

Very disappointed. Frankie Valli is an incredible talent but this was sad to witness as he was on the jumbo screen lip syncing and not well. Not actually a live concert. Could have been done more as a tribute to his amazing career.

  • Oh, what a night!

by MJ on 5/13/25Hard Rock Cincinnati Outdoor Arena - CincinnatiRating: 5 out of 5

It was great to see Frankie on stage! He was entertaining and also humorous when he talked to the crowd. It was also great fun listening to his hit songs, singing and dancing with the crowd, and making memories. I would watch him again!

  • Not what we expected

by Jen on 5/12/25Hard Rock Live Bristol - BristolRating: 3 out of 5

We love Frankie Valli. However, we were shocked and disappointed when he started to sing, He was barely moving his lips and seemed to be struggling at times. I saw Frankie Valli several years ago and it was fantastic. I'm sure he wanted to give a great performance but unfortunately he was not able to perform like he used to. We spent a lot of money on the tickets, but it was not what we expected. The backup singers and band were good, but we spent a lot to see him perform, not just his singers.
