About

Frankie Valli is best known as the frontman of The Four Seasons and stood out from contemporary singers for his unique falsetto vocals. Rising to fame in the ‘60s, Frankie Valli is still going strong as a solo artist 50 years later.
With The Four Seasons, Valli had 29 hit singles that reached the Top 40 and as a solo artist he added a further nine Top 40 hits. The first hit for the band was “Sherr,” which went to No. 1 in 1962. Frankie's first solo hit, “Can't Take My Eyes Off You,” which was to become his signature song, was released in 1967. Frankie and the band continued to have hits throughout the ‘60s and ‘70s. In 1978 Frankie was back with a big hit, performing the title track to the iconic film Grease, which became a favorite all over the world.
Throughout their career from the ‘60s to the mid-‘70s, The Four Seasons released around 20 albums, but many more compilation and collection albums were to be released over the years. A further 10 albums were released by Valli as a solo artist, the most recent of which was Romancing the 60s, released in 2007. Valli has continued to perform and tour throughout the decades, and continues to collaborate with other artists. As recently as 2010 Valli recorded a duet with Juice Newton, “The Biggest Part of Me,” which was released as a track on Newton's Duets: Friends & Memories album. Despite a very distinguished and long-standing career, Frankie Valli wasn't to make his debut on Broadway until 2012 when he performed in a week-long concert.
For a career that has spanned half a century, it’s difficult to list all the awards and acclaim Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons have won. It‘s testament to their success that in 1990 they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and that they entered the Vocal Group Hall of Fame a further nine years later. The popularity of some of their recordings has stood the test of time among fans and artists who have followed them down the years. Some 200 artists have made their own cover versions of “Can't Take My Eyes Off You” alone. As if being immortalized in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame wasn't enough, the life and careers of Frankie and The Four Seasons became the subject of the globally successful musical Jersey Boys in 2005. The show went on to win six Tony Awards and continues to tour today, stopping at the likes of the Old National Centre and other nationally acclaimed venues.

    Out of this world!

by Candy on 3/27/24The Lyric - Baltimore

Frankie still has an amazing voice. I had a fabulous time. The music, the backup singers, the dancing, the band were so entertaining I could not take my eyes of them. The synchronized dancing brought me back to the dancing from that era. One of the best concerts I e ever been to!!

Great show!. Third year in a row I have seen it. The "Four Seasons"Quartet is wonderful in both their singing and choreography, all in sync. Frankie still has a great voice.

Moves pretty slow but he is 2 months from 90 ... hope I am still moving by then. Besides that the music was fabulous ... brought back sooo many memories and as My buddy said to me as we were leaving "Now that was a Show!!!"

    Fabulous!

by Lisa B. on 3/27/24Radio City Music Hall - New York

Franki Valli was amazing. He didn't skip a beat and sounded exactly how he did 40 years ago. The band was spot on. Everyone was up out of their seat and dancing in the isles. At 89 to command a sold out crowd was amazing.

This concert did not disappoint! Before I get into the actual concert portion, let me just first say that the crowd was 10/10! Amazing crowd! Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons did not disappoint at all. I grew up listening to oldies music and this has always been a dream of mine. It was an amazing show from beginning to end!

by Bob on 3/26/24Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

I really enjoy this performance! I love the music and I’ve seen him perform three times! I’m sorta sad that he is retiring but I can understand why he’s doing it! If he ever does come back to perform I hope he does a show in the Boston area! God bless Frankie and to quote you on one of your favorite songs bye bye baby! I wish you nothing but good health and happiness

The concert hall is beautiful and the music was great. Thirteen band members worked so great together. Always love seeing Frankie Valli every year. Concert was a half hour late in getting started. No idea why.

    Disappointed

by FV fan on 3/26/24Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

Love Frankie and was looking forward to this concert. He was supposed to start at 8pm and I had a trains schedule to adhere, so I was very disappointed that he did not start until 8:30. I was only able to see one hour of the show and had to leave or I would have been stuck in Boston. Did not get to hear his big hits as I'm sure he was saving them for the finale. Other than that, he looked good and sounded great and his band was fabulous. Should have gotten a rebate on the ticket for not getting all what I paid for

Boch Wang Theater, what an incredible venue.

by Mark on 3/26/24Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

Frankie Valle at 89 still hitting high notes, his performance was extra ordinary. So glad we ventured out during the monsoon in Boston.
