The original Jersey boy himself, Frankie Valli is a true American legend. His incredible career with the Four Seasons, as well as his solo success, has spawned countless hit singles. With unforgettable tunes like "Sherry," "Walk Like A Man," "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Rag Doll," "December '63 - Oh What A Night," "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You," and of course, "Grease." His songs have been omnipresent in other iconic movies such as The Deer Hunter, Dirty Dancing, Mrs. Doubtfire, Conspiracy Theory and The Wanderers. As many as 200 artists have done cover versions of Frankie's "Can't Take My Eyes Off You," from Nancy Wilson's jazz treatment to Lauryn Hill's hip-hop makeover. Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons have sold over 100 million records worldwide. They continue to tour throughout the U.S. and abroad to packed houses receiving nightly standing ovations from thrilled fans of multiple generations.
Valli's long-lasting career has led to the overwhelming success of the Broadway musical JERSEY BOYS, which chronicles Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons incredible career and features all of their greatest hits. The JERSEY BOYS juggernaut has now been seen by over 18 million people worldwide and has won 4 Tony Awards including Best Musical (2006). In 2014, Frankie Valli's life story was once again featured, this time in the film adaptation of JERSEY BOYS, directed by Academy Award winning director Clint Eastwood.
In 2025, Frankie Valli was honored at the GRAMMYs with a Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award.

Was what I expected

The performance was not filled with spectacular light shows or any of that. The show consisted of 15-17 songs performed. At times Frankie would stop to talk to the audience, with some humor. But i believe it was authentic, I listened very closely. I do also believe that the back up singers did a lot to fill in the gaps as well as great sound manipulation. I sat in the upper rows and the Auditorium is situated so that I don't think there are any "Bad"seats. I don't do this often so this was a BIG deal for me to see a legendary performer! I will note that a percent of the audience were probably under 35 years old. And given the cost of entertainment now a days, this pricing was in my range

His band in toto and those performers individually made really nice musical sounds, as well. The four back-up singers/dancers/performers are very balanced and provide Frankie a nice blend and back-ground WELLA. You must love the stage and the applause, but it's time for you to rest, or maybe do a show where you reminisce while narrating video clips. What you are able to do at 90 years old is fantastic, however, if I had known you were going to lip sync, I would not have spent $300 for a pair of tickets. The band and back up singers carried the show. God bless you Frankie.

Frankie talked to the audience and interacted well. We sang with him, laughed with him and we are grateful he made this trip to DB, FL to entertain us. Yes he will lip-snyc but hardly a problem since he is 91 on May 3, 2025. I guess I feel badly I did not see him sooner. Recommend this for any fan and/or young one who grew up listening to their parents or grandparents music. "Walk like a man"
