Florida Panthers History

The Florida Panthers began play in the NHL in the 1993-1994 season. The team won the Presidents Trophy for the 2021–2022 season, earning the most points during the regular season. The Panthers then reached the Stanley Cup Final in the 2023-2023 season, though they lost to the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 4.

However, victory was theirs next season, when the Panthers won their first Stanley Cup in the franchise’s history. The 2024 Stanley Cup Final was a thrilling seven-game series, which saw Florida win 2-1 at their home venue of Amerant Bank Arena. In 2025, the Panthers clinched their second consecutive Stanley Cup title, locking in back-to-back NHL championships.

Been to many arenas around the country, the Arena in sunrise great customer service. The reason I enjoy going being a season ticket holder is the product on and off the ice. Keep up the great work.

  • Fun day!!

by LC on 9/29/21FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

Great fun at the event. I think they could have handed out some Panther stuff to the kids. That is your fan base. South Florida hockey! A small trinket would have gone a long way. Stanley was very visible and did a great job. Ran out of popcorn? Need to double up on that one. All in all a great day, I am in the biz so wanted to give feedback.

We had great seats behind the goal on 4 rows up. Crowd was energetic and Panthers put on a great display.

  • Food

The BB&T center MUST upgrade the food choices for those sitting in the 100 sections. They are behind the times and it is just another reason to stay home.

To many people not wearing masks and very little social distancing. Ignorance is bliss in today’s society- how sad( the games were great, Panthers will win it all this coming season. Go Panthers!

  • A great game

by Gerry on 3/8/20BB&T Center - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

BB&T is a great hockey venue with lots of parking available. Panthers played hard and tied the Bruins by the end of regulation only to lose in OT. We always go see the Panthers play whenever we’re in Florida.

  • Had a blast at the Hockey Game!

by KMG on 3/4/20BB&T Center - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

We went to see the Chicago Blackhawks vs the Panthers... we had a blast... especially because the Hawks won😀. Very nice stadium... fun activities outside the stadium before the game. Food choices were good... burgers and tots were good. Typical stadium prices compare to others. Easy drive there from Florida’s west coast. Will definitely plan to do this again!

The event was with out a doubt, one of the best NHL arenas to view a game. Seats were wonderful, food was excellent and the facilities were exceptionally great. I'm sure Populous did some of their best work in this design. Bravo Panthers but a great win for the Blackhawks!

  • HAWKS WIN!

It was a HUGE win for our Blackhawks! It was a tight game throughout. The Hawks won in a shootout! The people at the stadium were Awesome! Pay the extra for Club Lexus! It's well worth it to be in the front row and the food was Delicious and the beer and wine is included as well! Ten Stars! 😎
